The second employee who I wasn't even talking to was super hostile and rude. He started berating me that it wasn't unsanitary and that I didn't need to do that. I said that I had not known where he had been or what he had touched but that he should've washed his hands or used gloves. This second employee was yelling to me even as I left the store without saying another word. Not sure if they're product is any good or not but I know that's not how any business should treat it's customers. Hopefully management makes some changes with their choice of employee.

But when I came down with a medical condition and learned there are vitamins that may cure it, I wasn't going to Wal-Mart and hope that I find the right ones and that the quality is good. My health isn't worth saving a couple dollars. So I went to the Vitamin Shop. I walked in and was warmly greeted by Mike, the Assistant Manager. I was hoping he'd be super knowledgeable about the product he sells, and not just a sales clerk. I told him what condition I had and how I developed it, and he knew just what I needed and rushed to that location in the store. (Side note, there looked to be tens of thousands of bottles on the shelves; I wouldn't know where to start!) Mike didn't try to sell me the most expensive product, but rather pointed to and picked up several that he believed are the best and explained the difference in each. He thoroughly understood my condition and told me the pros and cons of each bottle. I felt his care and concern for my well being was the most important thing to him, and I appreciate that so much. I felt like he was thinking, "If my wife had that condition, this is what I'd bring home for her to take." I cannot say enough good things about Mike and his quality care and expert knowledge. Get top quality vitamins and expert advice from Mike. (Mike, if you're reading this, I feel better after just 1 dose! BLESS YOU!!!)
