His consistent communication and his paralegal team efficiently notified me of what was going on every step of the way. Heather Hansard (the paralegal I worked closely with) was professional, kind, expedient, and more than willing to explain each part of the process and connect me with Mr. Holloway whenever necessary being that I had not experienced litigation before. In looking for representation, I felt seldom treated like a human and more so like a "problem child" or CRIMINAL who was asking for too much. Mind you I had never been in any legal trouble before! My case seemed like a far cry for help, and my wants were high, but my expectations were low, considering the odds stacked against my wants, but after over a year and a commitment to all of Mr. Holloway's suggestions, we managed to get the exact result I was looking for. I managed to turn a felony for possession of a level two uncontrolled substance, a DUI and four misdemeanor charges for disobeying a traffic control device, having no insurance, having no registration, and driving on the wrong side of the roa... into a SINGLE reckless driving ticket and keep my license. YES! HE'S GREAT AT WHAT HE DOES!! He himself will be just as honest as I am when stating that you can only be prepared for the best option available, and that may not be what you want, but he will diligently listen to you about your concerns and use his expertise to get you as close in the ballpark as he can, and in my case, that ballpark just happened to be my exact target objective. Again, he will be honest in telling you he can't guarantee you any specific result, but he surely will fight to get you the very best, communicate well, work diligently, and provide the best service he knows how. He prepared me to be realistic, but fought for me like he HIMSELF was hopeful. I explained to him that losing my license would be sacrificing my career and he met me where I was at with that fight and I will be forever grateful. But please do keep in mind. Every variable in every situation is subject to being different and also note that I stated I hadn't been in any legal trouble before which helped and worked to my advantage as well as the time I spent superseding what was asked of me and I also have no history of substance abuse. So, there will be a lot to consider from your personal perspective, but my testimony stands very still and strong that you cannot go wrong with Mr. Holloway and his staff.

It took six months to come to resolution with my case and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome! I had three driving charges against me: two were thrown-out, the main charge was reduced, and the fines/terms were minimal. I'm an innocent customer, looking for a massage. I received a confirmation through ClassPass. I called to confirm where to enter the business. The owner first began by recording the phone call which was a red flag. I explained I booked an appointment, etc. She proceeded to berate me about playing a joke on her and her business, being in business for 20 years, she didn't need an explanation of class pass. Here I am, drove over 40 mins to get here, for the owner to disrespect a potential customer, take out her frustration of life on a innocent person seeking a massage? Who hurt you? This business owner claims to be a person with a law degree and wants to take me to Court? Please do. For trying to patron her business? How about learning basic respect and class. Never would I recommend this business, this business owner or services. You shouldn't interact with people! Don't take your frustrations out on innocent people. I was merely looking forward to a self care massage.

    I am so glad I read the many negative reviews before speaking with anyone at this firm, as if to do…read moreso is possible in the first place. It's now 12:40 on a Monday and I've been on hold for 15 minutes without speaking to anyone. Just endless music on hold, punctuated by an automated message saying "we will be with you as soon as possible." You've gotta wonder what kind of law firm can't afford someone to pick up the phone. Unless, that is, they deliberately avoid direct communication, which seems to be their "modus operandi" after having read the many negative reviews about their duplicity and dishonesty. You can't even leave a voice mail. Better to find out early than too late. You have been advised. [EDIT] As if to prove my point, the owner was quick to defend his "honor" but slow to answer the phone. While we're entitled to our own opinions, we're not entitled to our own facts. His reply is actually more incriminating than my review: "We never represented this person and we have a reception service that never puts anyone on hold ever - we have 25 5 star reviews hidden on yelp and 500 plus reviews over 25 years on JaffeFamilyLaw.com" Well, of course he never represented me. The many, many negative reviews speak for themselves. Why would anyone retain a law firm like this? That aside, consider the inanity of his assertion, "we have 25 5 star reviews hidden on yelp and 500 plus reviews over 25 years on JaffeFamilyLaw.com" It simply beggars belief that one would (or could) "hide" purported "5 star reviews." IOW, who are you gonna believe - me or your own lyin' eyes? As of this writing, there is exactly one (count 'em) 5 star review on Yelp for this firm. Additionally, what shall we make of his assertion "500 plus reviews over 25 years on JaffeFamilyLaw.com"? Every one of them is anonymous and in ALL CAPS. (Eerie coincidence?) Further, 500 reviews over 25 years is only 20 per year, good bad or otherwise. Not much of a batting average no matter how you slice it. Lastly, as for "we have a reception service that never puts anyone on hold ever," one of us is clearly lying. I'll leave it up to you to determine who's telling the truth. To paraphrase Shakespeare, "The gentleman doth protest too much, methinks."

I will agree, a large portion of the communication is email, but that worked for me. When I requested a call, Ryan would schedule one and we would talk it out. I don't need my hand held daily through the process by my attorney (that is what therapist are for!). I need an attorney who will stand for me, my requests, and balance out what is reasonable. Ryan and the team did a good job with my many concerns. As a client, I feel it is best to be an active member of the team - stay on top of them, ask questions, etc This is 'your process' not theirs, so manage your expectation. I volunteered to run documents to the courts, get copies from the courts, communicate with document servers, etc - so I knew the entire process. I requested to proof read and review all documents before being shared with opposing counsel or the courts - this is vital, so you know where you are in the process. I made sure the team knew what I wanted to see in Discovery and I drafted my own postnup agreement with the terms I expected/requested. This is what made it work for me - if you know what your expectation is, then manage it to get what you want. Don't just sit back and worry over not hearing updates, or think they will know what you want. Tell them exactly what you expect and manage the result. I did have an issue with a delay in the beginning over serving of documents to my spouse, in my opinion it was a Jaffe error and I notified them of my conversations with the document server, what my expectation was, how I felt the delay was on their side, and what I expected to see moving forward. Ryan was quick to call me, listen to my concerns, and workout a solution. This was a small hiccup in the overall process, but Ryan was quick to 'own it' and correct it with his team.

    On March 8, 2024 I purchased a refrigerator from Best Buy. It was sold as a floor model but it is…read moremy belief it was a purchase & returned item. I paid $125 for pick up & delivery on March 12, 2024. After plugging in the refrigerator to cool an hour in I noticed it was blowing hot air and not cooling. I am disabled and needed to refrigerate life saving medications that I've been keeping in a cooler. Due to my circumstances, I am in desperate need of a refrigerator because of my disability & medication I contacted a technician which was another $150 expense to see if it was fixable. He advised me it was a fire, electrical & safety hazard I immediately contacted the sales representative called with no response. I finally e-mailed and after a few days of delayed response, I stopped by the store in March 15, 2024. I advised the store the refrigerator was a fire hazard and had start to burn the rubber around the edge of refrigerator accommodated by pictures & service notes. The burning rubber smelled. I went as far as to tell them, please don't put the refrigerator back out because of the fire hazard which could've ignited. If wasn't constantly checking for cooling to store medication and groceries this was a disaster waiting to happen. I did not want a refund but a replacement. I simply don't have the physical energy to deal with the delay & going back & forth with the management team @ that location. After being told they would not replace because they did not have one @ that price point. The refunded me the purchase price. It took over a week for the refund to be processed. When I advised them of the additional expenses $325 for loss of unrefrigerated medication and nearly $200 in groceries, they started to ignore my calls. If I had known the customer service would be this bad, first I would NOT have purchased from Best Buy and secondly with the additional expenses I would have purchased a different brand new. I contacted customer service 3 times trying to resolve the issue & to speak with a manager. After the 3rd call the csr picked up the phone and laid it down. During my 25 minute hold, I was able to hear other conversations with Best Buy customers that included names, address, & account numbers while the representative kept clearing his throat which is breach of customer confidentiality. Best Buy can pull the recorded call. Finally the sales rep called me yesterday March 18, 2024 while which is a nice person but the store main concern was me purchasing other items we discussed (dishwasher & stovetop) the problems I experienced was secondary. It made me feel as though I was being blackmailed to purchase other items @ a discount in order to resolve the issue. He asked me to send him acceptable replacement which I had a week prior. To date, this has been a stressful situation with no resolution, additional, expenses, & a delay of funds being applied to my account. Due to my disability my treatment schedule will not allow me to go out until Saturday March 23, 2024 creating further delay when all Best Buy had to do was send an acceptable working refrigerator. The sales rep appears to be trying however; the can has been kicked down the road for me to contact another customer center 888-237-8289 when I've already been unsuccessful multiple attempts & due to the way my call was handled, I'm concerned with the confidentiality of the call & my personal (credit card) information. This should've been handled over a week @ the local level. I'm beyond exhausted and still no resolution. As of March 21, 2024 still have not heard back from corporate.

    My daughter was being alienated from me in a very quick and bad way and no coparenting ,was told by…read morea counselor to keep the connection I still had with her, so I got a lawyer and was told we could be in court in a couple of weeks and, that we would get a guardian for her to talk to and how this was a time sensitive case well as soon as I gave Christina Jenkins law firm the money. Nothing happened for months. I wasn't getting emails back phone calls back to the point where I had to go up there a few times it was almost 3 months until she actually sat down with me. and once again it was about how they're gonna help me how what's being done is wrong ,I had witnesses that were never called all the text messages that were never used all the emails for over 8 MONTHS of me wanting to talk to my daughter and nothing was done, 8 MONTHS of me asking what my rights were as a father never answered ,,,,about 80% of my questions never answered ,,the guardian i was told you don't need one anymore then four months later I find out THE OTHER LAWYER is talking to my daughter after four months past ,,.I was told get a guardian in couple weeks because I was being alienated bad talked to my daughter ,that changes The story ,,,my daughter being told things about me that were not true it literally got worse with me having a lawyer and worse and worse With all of the evidence and witnesses and everything I had, Christina was questioning me several times like I was lying, but she wouldn't call any of my witnesses Once it finally got to court and dragged out after everything they said they could do ,now they're telling me they can't do ,telling me that my case has changed, but wouldn't tell me why and I asked with no response ,,This was not in my daughters best interest , After 5+months to get into court and little over a month, for the first counselor once I talk to her about my case wouldn't do it ,so I found another counselor that would then, WHY OVER 3 months of waiting ,,,,now over, Four months of some signing paperwork for a counselor I felt like was being done when I call THE counselor had no openings left because it took over three months,, so I'm asking my lawyer to help me find the right counselor I need ,was told that she found the first one and I shouldn't have went into detail and that was my fault and Christina is not gonna help me find another counselor and Said can't fix what was already broken, and gonna let me go ,,,,,,,,,,,I came to her because it WAS NOT BROKEN . They made me completely lose connection with my daughter by never trying to make me able to contact my daughter or help me find the correct counselor actually needed ,except blame me for me not doing enough when I gave them everything they needed, and I was lied to from the beginning , I thought there was laws against this ,,,when they did go to court she asked me how I wanted my paperwork and I told her this is exactly how I want it. Christina went to court and changed it without my permission completely not what I wanted 2 1/2 weeks after court to get a hold of her to find out it even happened , I couldn't even talk to my lawyer after court that's ridiculous. Ignored all my emails about fixing it wouldn't answer me back , Its overwhelming me telling them its physically and mentally messing with me. They had no cares for my mental health at all, they ignored it . things are so messed up now. I haven't talked to my daughter for over a year and I paid for that,,,(( There's so much much I'm leaving out,)),,,,from two weeks to court to 9 months;,,to it was a time sensitive case ,,no guardian ,stories changed With a alienating parent ,yet. Nothing done in a timely fashion whatsoever and I have all the EMAILS TO PROVE IT not one thing they were gonna do was ever done ,,,,did not stick up for me or my rights as a good father that raised my daughter ,we were two peas in a pod ,until this Alienating started there's no law in Georgia but they said that they would have my back ,,but then let the other lawyer dictate my case , this is the most painful thing I've ever had to deal with in my whole life been going through depression trying to deal with ,,I miss my daughter ,,

Our most recent closing was an unforgettable one. The person purchasing the home was suffering some serious health complications and Christina prayed at the end for her health and her strength as she moved into her new home. It was very powerful! And her dog! Too cute! He welcomes everybody that comes in and automatically sets the tone for the closings. Truth be told with both the buyer and the seller at the closing table it was faster then some closings we have gone to with just one party being present with other attorneys. She is our go to for anything Polk county! Her staff is all kind and very receptive to anything you need.
