Creative Electric working with Armored Dade Windows & Shutters handled the electric connections of…read moremy newly installed motorized Storm Catcher Lanai Screens. Scott's crew were very polite and professional with a quick, clean job. Most electricians would take short cuts by running the two screen motors together then run the Romeo wire straight through the lanai's drywall ceiling. Not Creative Electric. They did it the right way. Each motor got its own lead straight to the electric source. Those two Romeo wires ran through protective PVC pipe that traveled through the ceiling drywall to the attic. Virtually hidden but fully protected. Unlike typical handyman electricians, they did it right. Quality work... The two man crew neatly cleaned up and were finished in no time. Impressive! They're now in my iPhone's contact list because I'm calling them the next time I have an electric job.

The owner of the company, Scott, called me as soon as he'd heard of my problem. He and another electrician were at my home the next day searching for any possible problem with their wiring. There wasn't any -- but they continued to explore the cause of my problem and located it. Scott was personable, responsible and tremendously helpful. I will be using Creative Electric for all of my future electrical needs knowing this is a company with integrity, experience and one that really cares about its customers.

When the plumber, Richie, returned to review his work a week later, he argued with us and said the water was hot. I told him that's not what our complaint was - the temperature wasn't consistent. When we asked him to re-install the previous unit, he said he couldn't because he had thrown it away in the trash. The previous Reem water heater of ours was working just fine. We were just downgrading to a smaller unit. We sent a complaint to the office almost 2 weeks ago but no one has ever called, texted or emailed us back. Absolutely an unreputable company! I can't believe they have so many good reviews when we definitely received the worst service possible. Update: I don't think it's wise for any business to publicly give an "excuse" why they did something that a customer is unhappy about, and rightfully so. Their plumber was told from the start that our current/previous tankless water heater was working just fine. Why would anyone throw away a unit that's working fine? After speaking with Lucy today, I was also asked to revise my review here if they provide a new service that is satisfactory. My husband and I run a small business and we've never asked a customer to revise their online review. It is always the customer's choice to do that on their own. A company's response to a negative review always shows how they truly operate.
