I gave them 10 weeks notice & get an email after submission that it will take 5 weeks to do??? Today is the end of the 5 weeks.. Know what I received...!?@#%^ Nothing I couldn't have done myself on Google Maps, Map Quest or their own site. Not 1 Enroute location calls up in the written booklet or map. I'd expect this shit service from "Karen's Travel & Emporium" but not a huge company like CAA. WHAT A COMPLETE JOKE! What the hell took 5 weeks? On the positive side ..I guess I can do it myself...I still have 5 weeks? The question is...since CAA did half the job shouldn't I get back 1/2 my "CAA Premium" membership of $172/ yr. back?
