If I could do zero stars I would. I heard through a good friend that Brad and his team would take great care of me and that they have fair prices. I trusted my friends judgement and gave Brad a call. My rent house had a problem and I could not be at the property at the time of repair but he assured me they would call me and talk about options when they found out what the problem was before moving forward with service.
Unfortunately I got a text from my tenant the evening of the appointment day and he said it was just a "crimped wire" my thought was that they'd charge me the service fee and that would be the end of it.
I got a text from Brad saying that he needed my email for the invoice, I then got an invoice for an absolutely absurd amount - I showed some of my electrician friends in the Dallas area who said "I could retire next year with those prices." But that wasn't what I was upset about. I never got a call from Brad or the technician he sent out. My tenant claims he didn't give the 'go ahead' but thats not who was picking up the bill.
I now have a crazy bill for work that I did not OK.
Needless to say they won't be getting my business anymore! read more
