I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS AGENCY ! I have experienced the worst client service in the last 9 years…read more and given hoim both my home and auto Insuarnce needs and should have left this Agency years ago when they couldnt even m,ake the necessary changes to splitting my poicy from my ex, but sadly out of convenience I stayed with Austin's agency when I relocated out of state as it was a busy time. Against my better judgement in lui of how poorly I was treated prior. This agency has not represented me or helped me in any way regarding numerous ongoing problems regarding my policy changes not being separated from my prior divorce, and have made things extremely difficult for me over the course of the last 4 years specifically . The time and efforts I've spent trying to get so many still non resolved issues handled has been over 40 hours and countless days . I have lost sleep over so many issues taht have cauised me so much additional stress and anxiety over its been too much to even write or address in this review. Austin refuses to ever get involved in any matters that are your Insurance Agents job when Ive really needed help. I've been through a living nightmare with this Agency as well as Farmers , with my ex filing 2 separate accidents on my Insurance out of a different state /fraud and different policy numbers and Austin is never willing to assist or help me get these matters resolved. Simple requests like asking for new Insurance cards and new policy information takes 4 phone calls and text messages and still cant get accomplished .Austin's Agency even allowed my ex to cancel my Auto insurance completely without ever notifying me for months until I called to get a new car added, only to find out I had no active Insurance . In addition to all the years of frustration in fighting for my own rights and whats right, When I'm actually hit by another driver last month on a Saturday and reach out to Austin for some help and his response is" I dont work 24/7 and have a wife and 3 kids and its not my problem ! All he does is send me the 800 number for claims that I wasn't asking for , all I needed was up to date Insurance cards which he still refused to send . ( I have the text for refrerence ) Austin never bothered to call me or email me as to if I needed any help or if I was ok from this accident or for that matter filing against the other ticketed parties Insurance. I had to do it al on my own once again like everything else. I've been acting as my own agent for far too long ! The unbeivable part is that Austin has known a glimmer of what I've been going through and doesn't care and lacks any empathy and understanding I have had it with this Agency and if you are looking for an agent who is lazy and unrespnosive at best then this is the agency for you. He is not intrested in actually helping women or single moms for that matter. I am taking by business elsewhere where my agent actually fights for me and help me when I really need it.

I'd put a negative score if there is such an option. I was recently referred to this agency. Here…read moreis what they got wrong: 1) after almost 1 month of moving into our new home, they still have the wrong address in the Farmer Insurance portal. 2) The policy started date was more than 1 week before we closed on the house although the agent had been in contact with our mortgage broker during the process. 3) After seeing the wrong address in the portal, I emailed the agent before Xmas. He replied that he would answer all my questions after Xmas, which I understood. But, he never did. I followed up with email and text. I also tried to leave a phone message but their voice mail cut me off even before I can finish two sentences. 4) Finally I emailed one of their "associates" who came back to work on Wed. He asked me to resend me my questions because he hadn't seen them. The problem is that he was copied on my email. He emailed me back and stating that hoped I understand that he needed to spend time with family, and it'd take time for him to catch up on his emails. It's Friday, and he came back to work on Wed. I haven't never had a service professional who behaved like this. Stay away from this agency. They're a lot more responsive during the initial sales process - they almost responded to me within 30 minutes. But, once I became a client, the response time is VERY slow. I used to have Amica. Although it's more expensive, it's way more responsive. I'm going back to my previous agency!
