Well my wheels didn't have nearly enough grease from the factory so it's good I had them come by, they replaced bearings and adjusted brakes, I'm confident in their work and know I'm safe on the road. Once again Ermond, Sonny and Lee come through for me again. They called me to let me know my parts…read morecame in. So before I head over I attempted to start the boat. No luck it won't turn over. I took my meter to check the continuity and make sure the starter was getting power. It was. I figured it was a bad starter. I get to the shop and tell them the problem. Immediately they get to work testing thing to make sure the wires were good and power was present. It was. They called later to tell me that the starter came loose and was jammed up against the flywheel. With a little force it came out. They spent an abundance of time replacing it and took care of some other stuff that needed to be done. Ermond could have easily charge me twice as much due to the time spent. But he didn't. He hooked it up again. This shop is by far the most honest shop I've dealt with. They got a customer for life. Or the life of my boat, whichever comes first. Keep up the great work Sharkey. This business is careless, messy, and an extreme nuisance to the neighborhood. Their lot is overrun…read morewith trash mechanical parts and chemicals that they dump into the nearby residential neighborhood in front of single family homes with CHILDREN. Including full on dumped BOATS. (See picture). Neighbors have to fight with the city monthly to clean up the trash they dump by the daycare school and surrounding power line lots that our PRESCHOOLERS have to walk across. This area already deals with campers and transients and this careless business only exacerbates the issue. DONT BRING YOUR BUSINESS HERE. If this company doesn't care enough to dispose of their chemical waste, trash, and inoperable inventory properly, do you really trust them to handle your marine equipment in a proper and ethical manner as well?
