Consistently $0.20-$0.30/gal more expensive than the stations one mile south, convenience store items grossly overpriced as well - even pop.

The prices are above average and the female staff that works the counter is very rude.

I made an account to rate this gas station. There are signs on the door that say if you sit in your…read morecar while pumping gas they will shut your pump off. It's winter in Michigan. The cashier who rang me up was eating while working, and coughed multiple times without covering her cough, and carrying on a conversation with the food service worker, who was touching her face and going back behind the counter without any hand washing, but told me rudely to use the tongs while grabbing roller dogs near the front. What is more sanitary? Touching only your own food, ot tongs multiple other people have touched with no way to clean them. Put out a box of disposable gloves for that matter. Unclean, unclassy, and rude. Won't be giving this place my money again. Unfriendly vibe all around. There are better places to shop in the area with cheaper gas and friendlier employees.

Skip the prepared food they have available. The employees get annoyed when you order off that menu,…read moreand the food is worse quality than McDonald's or even Tyson. I was going to order a breakfast sandwich. The bearded man working the food area said there were no paninis available that late. No problem. I asked if the breakfast croissants were available. He said they were but they would take a long time. He clearly was steering me away from them. So, I ordered the 6 piece chicken tenders and some fries, thinking I was making his life easier. When the food was done I got a sullen 'it's ready'. I said thank you and got no response. Got home and only had 3 tenders, and the breading was soggy and falling off the ones I do have. They were GROSS. I have thrown Tyson chicken tenders into a frier before. They were delicious. If you can't at least serve Tyson quality, don't bother, guys. I'm not expecting much at 3am, but I do expect to get what I paid for. And I don't expect a sour attitude for ordering food off a menu that's available to me. If you don't want food orders, say that. Turn off the order screen. We are all only here because it's 3am and nothing else is open anyway. Cashier was friendly, though!

The GasBuddy app doesn't even list this station, and if I owned the station I wouldn't want anyone knowing how much I was over charging either.

I recently moved and this BP is the closest fueling station & convenience store to me now…read more I had filled my car here; I had stopped in here for snacks. But when I needed quarters as I had to recently adjust to using coin operated laundry machines. My first cycle, I thought I had enough, started a wash cycle, and didn't have enough to dry them. I practically had to beg for the clerk (a young girl) to break some bills of mine.... I had just moved into an apartment after a recent breakup and STILL paying off the $4,000 washer/ dryer I've grown accustomed to using. Now I have to beg for quarters? Never felt more like a man being kicked while they were down. She mentioned the owner's policy and having, and she could break a couple bills if I said I was using the change for the air machine... BOTTOM LINE: - Charging money for air is illegal. - When I was in there as a customer before buying snacks her boyfriend (assuming) would be in there by the counter watching videos on his phone as max volume. There was a line of guests she had to ask him to turn it down, in return he just made jokes about why it was loud... I understand good help is hard to find. you have to let the kid clerk have her friends hang out with her during her shift. But the bottom line is the service I received was poor. Didn't take me long to figure out the level of service to expect from this place. I now will get my fuel, and snacks and anything else from anywhere but here.
