Today - was on a different level though. I stopped in to get a few bottles of water (it is supposed to be 90 degrees today) and there was not a SINGLE bottle of water (warm nor cold) in sight! How does a gas station not have any water? While waiting to pay for my daughter's doughnuts and chocolate milk, we stood in front of the cash register for a few minutes before the cashier even acknowledged that we were there and finally helped us. When my daughter is with me chips, pop, tea and other items even jewelry. My husband is in this station three to five times a day everyday and more on weekends; purchasing many many things (Reg. customer). I ask for a carton he looked and said I can give you five. Then pick five out of the individual pack holder. I could see there were several more packs in the holder. I ask do you have 10 packs? He said yes but I cannot give them to you. I asked why and he said they are for my Reg. customers. I said I am a Reg customer. I said you can sell them now to me or sell them later to others. He said no for my Reg customers (Foreign/middle east) not that I care where he was from but it seemed that he cared that I am white... I said well, never-mind, I want a carton, I do not buy packs and he said tell the manager tomorrow. I said I will and he said - 'ya" in a very negative tone and I repeated him back to him and walked out. I would rather pay more for my cigs and be treated with respect. Their gas is almost always higher in price by 3 cents then the speedway which if you are a reward member you get another 3 cents off so 6 cents or more cheaper just by crossing the street. If I use my Kroger rewards instead of using that Shell I will drive down the street to the Kroger and use their gas pumps. Spoke with Ricky at the station this morning and he said he would make sure this was corrected with this worker. He seemed truly concerned and said he would watch the video to see how I was treated. 10/22/15
