Welp, I have never had an issue here…read more I normally go this this gas station for emergency gas only. Otherwise, I go somewhere a little more cost friendly. Having this station near a major beltway exit is golden. The gas pumps are always working, the premises are clean, and it's well lit. I will keep this gas station in mind for emergency purposes as needed.

He was so smug clearly no clue what he was saying. I will never stop here for gas or anything else. I don't patronize places with bad customer service.

4/26/14 After…read morepicking up a rental car we need to get some gas and decided to stop here before meeting my parents for brunch. Stopped in at a pump. The station was clean and there are a good number of pumps. It is oddly designed to have 3 pumps aligned which can be a pain in the but if you want the middle pump. Who wants to parallel park at the gas station. The other down fall of this location is there is one way in and out. You have to make a u-turn if you are on the other side and vice versa when leaving and you need to go the other direction. I will say they have pretty good pricing as other gas stations in the area always seem to be a little higher.

This gas station has at least 8 pumps, a well stocked convenience store, garage, and plenty of driving space to maneuver in parking lot. This gas station has been the cheapest by A LOT from their competitors. Currently $2.79 Gallon while everywhere else is $3.05 and up. I've visited 3-4 times so far and there's never been an issue. This place stays crowded indoors and out!! The hot food area stays packed. It's not because the workers aren't hustling, they are just that busy moving customers, while new ones are walking up. I love how they continue to update their food options by bringing in new cuisines of food, as well as more options. This place has been a neighborhood gem since it was built roughly 15 years ago. I booked an appointment for service to my snowblower. When the tech came, he started working on it…read moreand then told me I needed a new choke switch. Never once said anything about anything else. Got a message saying I needed the choke switch and a new carb. The service PM I was getting was a full service. Oil change, spark plug, carb cleaning, belt inspection, etc. The choke switch was replaced and new carb installed. Tech told me via text that he was done and machine was running good. Upon coming home from work, I started looking over machine. Oil was black, spark plug was rusty (so never changed) and the bolts to the cover were dusty so no inspection was completed. When I sent pics, I was told that he didn't change the spark plug bc the machine ran good. They offered to come back but at this point all trust was lost. I paid for the parts but that was it. Yes, the machine starts good but after using it during this snow, the carb is leaking fuel and it does not throttle up at all so were there any adjustments made. I have to stay in #1 and go very slow. To top it all off, I went back and saved all my ring footage and watched what the tech did. Let's just say that the footage don't match what they told me was done. The owner told me that I didnt need to pay but I wanted to pay for the parts as I'm not that type of person. The reason for the review is because how many others do they do this to. If you pay for service, you should get the service you paid for and not what they think. Now I need to take it somewhere else to get it fixed correctly.
