The clerk came and checked and also saw there was no cheese. He did not replace the cheese or offer to replace it. Then he told my wife she had to pay for the "nachos." My wife argued that she should not have to as they had only a squirt of obviously old nasty cheese. He said she shouldn't have opened the bag so she had to pay for them. Who checks the cheese dispenser before opening the chips? Was she supposed to do a test pump in her palm?! The clerk still made her pay for it. On top of that she brought me home my first fountain coke in months and you can tell from the taste they do not or at least have not cleaned their machine in a while. I don't like writing negative reviews for a single visit (go ahead, check) but this is next level suck customer service. Next to the gas station is an equally nifty small snack and soda shop that is lit up and dispenses all sorts of sugars, drinks, candy bars and other pick-you-ups for along the way. The nice and handy thing about this Sunoco is that it is clean and well run. There are no other patrons from other businesses nearby blending into this gas station. It's on point and above par!
