That's what brought us to these guys! They didn't have the exact hose we needed but they took the broken piece back and found a piece that would work! He said he didn't accept my apology and just ignored me as I stood at the counter. I have never been treated so very rudely by any vendor ...at any time. Guess I shouldn't complain...his aim could have been on and I could have lost an eye or received some sort of injury....I just don't understand a business taking such rude chances...not to mention the embarrassment I felt and I am sure others were uncomfortable as well. Until I was told that I could walk into the showers to find a dead body or into the restroom to find someone that has overdosed. Everything that I was going to talk about or ask just went out of my head and all I could think about was a dead body. I'm sorry to say that I could walk into any public restroom and find that. It should have never been in the interview at all. I have so much experience in customer service and treating everyone the way I want to be treated. It's their loss not mine.

There is also a Tiger Express car wash at this location. It's always pretty busy, but there are plenty of pumps so I never have to wait in line. The parking lot could be a little bigger - it always seems to be full, no matter the time of day. I also love that they offer a rewards program - it's a great incentive to keep coming back!

I proceeded to order some chicken bites, she pointed at the chicken in the case and said this is what we have. It looked like it had been setting all morning and was very gross, I even heard the cook come out and say it looked like crap. We then said we didn't want it anymore but they then told us that they're making the biscuit sandwich now so we decided to go with the sandwich at least. It then took them 15 minutes to make it. They guy came out and handed it to us finally. When we left we tried to say thank you and the lady at the counter just rolled her eyes. Absolutely horrible customer service. Very unwelcoming attitude from staff. I will say the blonde lady with short hair and glasses who was working was trying to help and communicate but everyone else was very dismissive and passive aggressive towards us.
