The White Hen Pantry's in Chicagoland couldn't hold a candle to QT. Flash forward 20+ years and QT's are still evolving and staying at the top of the convenience store game. Now I can not only get the C-store basics, but a pretzel with garlic butter, a white chocolate frappe', a salad, competitively priced gas and FREE AIR! They also hire and demand a staff that can keep the line moving. The occasional few times that they have screwed up or exceeded the time to get your food or drink to you, they are quick to hand out a free drink coupon for next time. During the Covid - 19 pandemic, they have kept the lights on for us essential workers and done so with class and a willingness to put themselves on the front-line. This review is for the Riverside location since I'm here the most, but extends to all in the area. Thank You QT - a hometown institution that has grown into a large chain, but still follows the principle of taking care of the customer first. You are always there when I need you! #ThankYouThursday
