I may be a woman, but I'm not an idiot. The mechanics stated things that have no validity behind them (I did my research after returning home from the oil change) in an attempt to sell me the more expensive versions of things. I'm glad I stood my ground and didn't give into any of their sales pitches either as replacing commonly-checked parts in oil changes are easy to change yourself (which I have). Their selling point is that they offer warranties - which are only good for a month. That's not worth an extra minimum of $20 per part they're replacing. Will not be returning and would not recommend.
