Used the "contact us" email link on their website 2X. Useless, they never replied back. Stopped by in person for info. The cashier said that day was booked solid, but said to return next day, early morning to drop off car and get shuttle ride home. Return visit dropped off car and I asked about the ride. The cashier had the deer in the headlights look and asked "what ride?" Cashier called around and found out that yes, they did have a shuttle. Left my car and they would call when it was ready. At home they called back that my car ready to be picked up. I said there should be a shuttle picking me up. Got the "what ride?" response again. Then they asked me what's your address. They already had it on the order when I dropped off the car. They copied it direct from my ID, and now they can't find it? WTF? Cashier called around again and found a shuttle.

I tried to get quarters to use but the change machine took my $10 bill and gave no change at all. I only got one wash out of it and had to leave with half of my car covered in soap to be rinsed off at home with buckets of water. However, after leaving a voicemail at the number from the website, I got a text back indicating I'd get my $10 back and was surprised when I got a check back for the $10 plus $5 for a refund! Do I think the car wash at $1 a minute (5 minute minimum required) is a bit steep? Yes. The customer service however was fast and delivered as promised. I would go back again for a second chance for the convenience factor but also to support a business that values its customers.

Traffic can get backed up pretty easy here around peak hours. Otherwise this is a fairly standard Holiday gas station. They always have a wide variety of cold beverages and snacks of all kinds for long and short road trips. Pretty normal selections. I don't believe there is a drive thru car wash at this location but I could be wrong as I have only been here a couple times for a quick stop.
