Before I walked up they were literally walking around the store looking for an employee to checkout. We just stood in line waiting until someone finally showed up. If it was a 1 time thing I wouldn't have cared but this has happened with my past 2-3 visits to this location and has happened at other Sheetz locations as well. All have recently been built/torn down and rebuilt for renovation. I've never experienced an issue with finding a cashier before the renovations. Seems Sheetz spent all the money making new buildings when they should have been focused on hiring more employees...

I asked my daughter why she let someone pump her gas? She says "he came right up to the window", That's first off very intimidating. What was the end result?? He screwed the gas cap back on and mis- thread it. This caused the gas cap to not be on correctly and we couldn't get it off to fill the tank; confronted him about it and he said a very rubber stamped response. "Every customer complain about same thing". "Your gas cap problem ..not mine". "I don't care!!! (watch video). He seemed more focused as to how we had the audacity of us coming back to his gas station to make the repair. The nerves of us? You broke it you fix it. No, this wasn't going to happen. His solution??? To record me being upset and putting a camera in my face. Now its one thing to whip out the iPhone and record ( we all do it)....its another to actually put it in my face. There is a threshold of civility your supposed to have and like he says "I DON'T CARE"!. This place is very run down and seemed to be in a perfect place to rip people off. I have also heard of credit card scams from others. Be very cautious here. I have told my daughter to be aware of her surroundings and to not ever be at this gas station again. Use at your own risk. Also as I'm driving off he made it a point (in front of other customers to make sure as I drove away to throw the "middle finger" in the air. Real mature. Whether you agree or not....(and its ok if you do), You can't can't can't pass your mistakes off onto others and then expect them to be calm about it. Lastly never run out to the middle of your business giving the guy ,who is leaving , the "bird". Its really not a good look. Don't let him touch your car........or you CARD!!!!!!!!!!!!!
