I would agree with the John R review below. I had them install one 8 x 4 garage ceiling rack and two shelves. I was charged for seven hours of work. More than half of that was prep work. I understand that you need to lay out the materials and make sure you're installing things correctly. But even if it took a full two hours to install the materials, that is five hours of looking at everything. In addition to that, the owner would send me texts that were clearly written with an attitude and when I questioned it, he would say he was just stating facts. I showed these texts to a couple of people and they 100% thought he had an attitude. Now having said that, the actual workers, John and Juan, were super nice and just wonderful people. I hired this company to install a Kohler shower door. They ended up invoicing me to account for their employee's inexperience. They added in about 5 hours of prep time ($500) to allow themselves time to learn how to perform the installation; when I questioned them about this, they advised that the directions for this product were wrong (which led to them drilling incorrectly into my shower tile, causing the need for them to replace tile as well) and because the product was "unexpectedly complicated" they thought it fair to add the time it took them to learn how to do the project into the final invoice. I don't believe it's fair to charge someone time for learning how to do the very project they were hired to do in the first place. They never responded to my last email and instead sent a new invoice with a 5% late fee attached. read more

I can't say enough about the service my brother and I received from Peter Ramos. We have not lived in Livingston for many decades and were recently there. I have used Peter Ramos for multiple projects. He helped with a sprinkler system repair which was great, and he did a great job helping me address a leak in a bathroom that had absorbed into the baseboards and subfloor.
