When Mr. Benton realized the problem could not be solved day of, he ensured that window units were installed the next morning without question. I have never seen this happen before. We needed extra documentation for our warranty company and he provided this promptly as well. I don't imagine I will need HVAC services after their repairs, but I will recommend Benton's to anyone that does.

No communication to let us know they were running late or would not even make it- rearranged my work schedule to be there for this. When I called their dispatch, all I received was the run around and no answers. The Office Manager calls me and I asked her to cancel my membership and she begins to lecture me on how I should have empathy and that things happen. I stated correct, things do happen- but suggesting me to be a certain way is not her job nor is it professional. At the end of the day business is business. After an earful, I was cancelled- AND they did not follow through with the service call they missed or even try to make things right. Thanks Benton's! True colors. Stay away!
