If they're so busy, maybe they need to hire another person to answer the phone! We ordered a dumpster for 7 days, they brought the wrong size! It was a bigger one & they did only charge for the one we ordered! But the gal that finally texted me back made it sound like they were doing us a favor by only charging us for a 4 day 15yd dumpster & getting a 7 day 21yd dumpster. We ordered a7 day 15yd one(they couldn'teven get that right.). VERY POOR customer service! Would NOT recommend them! We still will need another 2 dumpsters, but we will not be using this company again!!
