I cannot emphasize how…read morewonderful these people are, and how hard they work to take care of each and every person who comes through the door... and to provide top quality service for that person's vehicle at the best price. They were awarded CarFax's *Top Rated Service Center* in 2021 and I bet they're gonna get that again for 2022! How can they not?!? If you're looking for an honest place, a Christian based business, then look no further as you've found it. They stand behind their work and their people, and their ethics are what one rarely finds these days. Yes, I'm their cheerleader as they have helped me in so many ways with my elderly neighbor's car that I can't even count. I'm so very blessed to know Wendy and Darren (the owners); Dawn at the front desk who is basically the drill sergeant who keeps everything going and the guys in line; Michael the mechanic who I drive crazy ; and all the other guys (yeah, I'm talking about Y'ALL ) who have to put up with my crazy self when I'm waiting for that darned car. Bless 'em. They're not in straight jackets yet... but... *shrugs* If I could give a bazillion stars I would. They've earned them. I have taken more pics of the sweet paintings that Wendy and her mom have found on their shopping expeditions... and the framed puzzles are done by her dad! I also took a couple of pics of some (big!) Michelin tires on nice rims that are sitting in the waiting area that are for sale: $750 for the four and they're yours! (I really liked the rims, but I don't have a car so I don't need big 18" tires ) If y'all have ANY issues with your vehicle, come on down (or over or up) to Shelbyville and see my friends at Tire & Muffler USA. I should have done the work myself like I did 40K miles ago, but I had just gotten a cast off my right wrist. The thing that really pisses me off is that I called 2 times to speak with the owner, and give him a chance to discuss some issues and "make it right", he chose NOT to return my calls over 5 days. Anyway, I am 63 on Social Security and spent Saturday fixing what was not right. I was charged over 700$ by Casaday. Plus I am out about another 100+$. BTW....their Repair Order/work invoice states NOTHING about a workmanship/labor warranty period, and verbal guarantees AREN'T WORTH the paper they're NOT written on. So I guess the second your front tires hit Cannon your on your own. At least that was my experience.

The guy said he would tell her what was wrong and give her a price. Next day? He calls and says that she owes him over $200 and the car is ready. This is an elderly woman on a fixed income. One does NOT do that to ANYONE!!! She doesn't know how to stand up for herself and should have protested, and also called the BBB. Instead, she sends me to pay him and bring the car back.
