We had two lawyers for two different types of cases. Both of them were excellent. Gary Roth is very knowledgeable. Seeing him in action against the opposing lawyer, he was clearly on top of things and much better than the corporate lawyer. He has many years of litigation behind him which shows in the negotiations. As we were in the same room with the opposing counsel, I thought we definitely got the best lawyer for this case. He is quick and sharp and I think even his height, confidence and demeanor intimidated the opposing counsel. All of these attributes provided a stronger representation for us. Now, in our other case based on the same accident, we were represented by Justin Litvack. I chose him specifically based on his Yelp reviews. I could tell the personality from the Yelps and it was exactly what I wanted. I cannot say enough good things about Justin! He was very patient and he was firm when he needed to be. He did more for my husband's case than when I had a lawyer for myself who in retrospect never did anything like Justin did. He set my husband for counseling to use the voucher( my other lawyer never explained anything just gave me the voucher), he went to bat for us whenever the insurance company would deny us every couple of weeks or so or when they played games. He was the absolute BEST and for all the work that he did, I know he really deserved the most and kudos to him. If you want an EXCELLENT lawyer, trust me he will represent you and work hard on your case. I didn't understand why it wasn't based on symptoms or what happened to my husband physically which still affects him to this day unfortunately, and at the end we found out all it really is, is just based on monetary numbers! I wouldn't have bugged poor Justin if I knew that in a case, at the end it boils down to the numbers rather than the actual medical problems or symptoms. We were tired of fighting so many years and my husband nearly died a few months prior so we just wanted to settle and be left in peace.
