She basically took my info and gave me a rate without explaining anything. She made me feel like she has better things to do. ***I've learned that most of the agents work in the Liberty Mutual office do not own their business and that's why they don't care about customer service. I've talked to so many agents most of them don't know what they are talking about and I was totally lost!!! Not only was Brian great in helping me get the best deals his follow up work was above what I had expected. It definitely pays to work with advisor versus the direct insurance company as you know that they are there to help you and not their company. Changed from quarterly to monthly payment and made two months of payments up front Had equity through 1/17/2021 - LM Sent cancellation notice on 11/30 due to non payment. Call their customer service had a very aggressive lady Keira and then Emily both who were like there is nothing we can do.I have to pay upfront for a new policy even though mine should never have been canceled. Whole new meaning to cancel culture. Been with them since 2013... and this is how they treat their clients... This is worse than when Spectrum shut down the internet due to their own mistake and my only way to get it reinstated was to go pay CASH at one of their kiosk machines in a store during a pandemic... Sucks how these companies can do this to people... and of course it's always on a holiday or weekend. ‍ Oh well it will work out. Just hate the frustration in the mean time...

Bait and Switch - We are not the first to get scammed by Taite Insuance. Our 22 year old son…read more(Keller High School, now at Texas Tech) was contacted by Bill and was told he could save him a ton of money on his car insurance. Our son (a part time cook at Sonic) who is always trying to save money took the bait. Bill came back with a price that was going to save him over $70 bucks a month - a big deal for him. Our son paid Bill the first month premium, got his proof of insurance card from Bill, then went on to cancel his previous insurance coverage. The following day Bill sends him an email saying that the price he gave our son was wrong and that in fact he is now going to need to pay even more than what he was paying previously. After quoting a price 3 times, cashing his check, issuing an insurance card, Bill had nerve to came back with a NEW price that was $20.00 more than what he was paying with his previous insurance company. Needless to say this was a total bait and switch!!! Our son had to go back to his old insurance company (who he had canceled) and they in turn used the opportunity to raise his rates as he was coming back with his tail between his legs. Then on top of it it took 2 1/2 weeks for Bill to return the money to our son. I have noticed from other reviews on Google this is not the first time Bill Taite Insurance has done this to people of our community. Stay away is my advice. So quite naturally when I became of age to get my driver's license and start driving, my parents of course added me to their existing policy. Recently I reviewed all my policies with my agent and before I met with him I made phone calls to get quotes from other companies...and that's when I realized you can't go wrong with Bill Tait at State Farm!!!
