This is a very pretty crossfit box. There a stained glassed windows even! The locker room is well done too with nice showers, day lockers, blow dryers, etc.
When I moved to Madrid, I visited four crossfit places to try to find the best fit for me. This place wasn't it for me, but it could be for you. The instructor was very welcoming and the equipment and facilities felt new. It was not a chatty class and I don't think I learned anyone's name. This works fine for a drop in but as someone new in town, I was also looking for a bit of community. The owner did a great job of communicating with emails and reaching out to see if I had questions. It was also the most affordable box I went to. I was really really tempted to make this my new crossfit place, but just was a bit worried because I saw quite a few people with bad form that wasn't corrected. I really thought at least two people I watched would end up with back problems in short order.
If you feel like you have pretty good form and are looking for a convenient place, this could be a good fit. If you just want a drop in when coming from out of town, also works. If you are new to crossfit, I would be careful. read more
