On the top floor you will find DVDs, games and CDs. The till here is usually quiet and the shop generally empty. Downstairs it is a whole different story. On the ground floor you will find stationery, office supplies and their vast selection of books. There is two sets of tills downstairs and the ones at the front of the store are exceptionally busy, often queueing into the book aisles. The staff are friendly and helpful but the store is somewhat disorganised, for instance they have shelves of books behind the smaller till, hard for a customer to reach. Their book prices are reasonable but I think a lot of their stationery and office supplies are expensive.

(I really hope the aforementioned supermarket chain doesn't affect their trade!) As long as I've been in Leeds the same lady (amongst a couple of others) has always been there and she is lovely. Be it a quick drink from their fridge, or a packet of Rizla, if you give a smile you'll get a smile and perhaps even a bit of banter.
