My anxiety when it came to the dentist was horrible which lead me to let my teeth go. I came to Dr. Roth with probably 10 plus cavities. After my first appointment of just x-rays (knowing I need fillings and novocaine) I canceled and rescheduled so many times that no other dentist would have accepted me as a patient probably. Dr. Roth was patient and understanding. She's always kind and really takes time to know me and what's going on with my teeth. I myself am very particular about dentists and have had a lot of issues with dentists in the past. I went to a periodontist earlier in the year and I felt like they were trying to rip me off so I switched dentist on my wifes recommendation. I found the reception folks to be helpful and quick to answer questions. The hygienist was friendly and dr ash really out things over the top. A good doctor can explain issues in a way that folks can understand,no pressure and give different options. Dr ash made me feel at ease and explained all kinds of facets of my personal dental issues -all without making me feel like he was trying to sell me anything. My wife told me that dr ash and staff meet every morning to review each patient that is coming in that day. In addition they check in post appointment with all patients. Highly recommend.

The hygienist, the dentist and the office manager. I was in control of my treatment plan. There was no high pressure to have bridges made for my my missing molars, as I had read online. They were offered, I declined, end of story. I return today to start treatment for periodontal disease and bone loss. Less than 24 hours after my initial exam. Yes...treatment is expensive but that's life these days. Medical care is expensive....it's not the staff's fault people have bad or no dental insurance. People really need to stop taking it out on staff. At the end of the day....they are a business, not a charity. I cannot say I am looking forward to today....I'm very squeamish about dental procedures but I do feel mentally prepared for what lay ahead due to the extensive explanation of care I was given.

I will say good because the lady I phone was nice this time. Update-they didn't fix it and said I should have had called and made appt with dentist for fitting after-also said I should have called and asked for felines . I can't get seen until September 8th and until then I'm screwed.Nobody ever mentioned any of this to me so now I suffer. I do not recommend getting dentures here-it's too much of a hassle!
