There service was not good and. They didn't wear gloves and the service was so bad that they had to take out. Bowling balls out of a bowling alley. And the food was good until I saw them use there hands.To spread the cheese and they didn't even wash there hands and. They need to upgrade there stuff using a microwave so cheap!! We were looking for a place to do some 5 pin bowling. Apparently, Saturday's are THE day everyone goes to bowl. We tried one spot that was completely packed so we tried our luck at Bowling Depot. The lanes looked fairly new and there's 24 lanes so tons of space. We didn't have any trouble grabbing a lane once we got there. Rates are $6.25/game for adults otherwise you can rent a lane by the hour ($48.00 hour, $84.00 for two). Shoe rentals are $3.35/person. We paid for two games but the better deal would have been to get an hour. Fun enough minus getting my butt kicked by friends. read more

I've been here a few times in the past month, and the staff have been great. I haven't tried the food yet, but it seems like the same fare as the old location: pizza. It looks like a popular decision. The new location is just a little south and east of the airport, and there is as yet no nearby fast food options. In the old location they were right beside the food court at Deerfoot Mall, so I presume this will mean bigger and better menus in the future. Everything is so new and fresh. They are well-set up for large events, parties, and leagues with lots of free parking. read more

Birthday party We booked the party for 9 children and when we arrived our room wasn't ready yet. When we booked the party it was advertised as 2 lanes for 1 hour of bowling followed by 1 hour in the party room, a personal pizza, bag of chips and loot bag for each child. Each child did get a pizza except more than half were burned, they had no chips and the advertised loot bag was a coupon and a lollipop. We complained at the time about the lack of chips and were informed they ran out of stock and couldn't offer us anything else, complaining to someone else and he told me to take it up with the kitchen who had originally sent me to the manager, SMH talk about poor customer service. Of the drinks we were offered most of the children wanted lemonade only to find out they didn't have any FML. After the party was over and it was time to pay, I complained about the burnt pizza the lack of lemonade, missing bags of chips, instead of offering compensation I was given excuses, and blame shifting, I finally had to tell the guy to write down my name and number and have someone to call me. Good family fun. Glow bowling is fabulous. The staff are some of the least friendly people I have ever encountered. For an environment that is supposed to be fun these people act like they are working in a morgue. Haven't tried the food yet. The new location is nice with ample parking (for now). They have a summer program where kids can bowl for free every single day during the summer which may save a few dollars. read more

Was really unimpressed with the customer service, they were very strict on everything we did, and didnt really care about being there. Never played music unless you payed for it, so it was really quiet. And they would basically put you right next to another group even though there were basically another 20 lane we could have gone too. Plus i felt like they were watching us the entire time(slightly uncomfortable) just to see if we did anything wrong. Worst bowling experience we have ever had. Most of our family grew up in the YBC program across the city and have never experienced the terrible customer service we received here. We usually go to Chinook but with it being a busy time of year we thought we'd try somewhere else. BIGGEST MISTAKE!! The staff was extremely rude and unaccomadating. We were a large party which we believed to be large enough to achieve a group rate. When booking we were not informed that the group rate required a minimum 16 people and a deposit of $100 when booked. When we arrived we were informed we did not qualify for the group rate and were therefore charged a happy hour rate of $5.50 per game and $3.35 per pair of shoes which is by far the most expensive I have ever seen. The environment was incredibly boring. There is no music playing and all the lanes were squished together even though the bowling alley was half empty. There is also very minimal seating in the enclosures. Some of us brought our own bowling balls which were absolutely disgusting by the end which makes me question how well they clean the place. I would not even give them one star. We will definitely not be returning to this bowling alley and we would most certainly not recommend it to anyone. read more

Was there with the family today, staff great and helpful. Some Asshole played this death metal shit music six songs in a row. How is this kind of music condusive to having a nice family night out?That kind of shit music needs to be deleted from the jukebox. As it turns out the idot left the rest of the patrons 4 songs playing long after he left the building.I think he did it on purpose to piss off the visable minorities there. very poor experience and ruined the rest of our night out, big waist of $50 bucks for me. read more

Do not, repeat DO NOT come here to have a fun time. Customer service is beyond horrible and extremely rude. Agree with other reviews they have some ridiculous rules, like you can't have your food and drinks past the guard rail, but if you put it on the table they come by and take it away. they want you in and out, we were waiting on one person and the lady came up and started writing our names on the screen, excuse me but for us the whole fun part was writing silly nicknames and having a good time. we weren't even finished and she was up there trying to push us out. read more

This is probably the worst place ever to spend a good time. I don't know how it can still be operating as it's empty most of the time. Apparently it's managed by the husband, wife and their son. The man is the most rude person on earth and they want to charge you money even for breathing. There's no music at all and you have to pay $1 per song if you want to hear something. I went there last Friday with a group of 23 people to have a good time as one of us was celebrating her birthday and the manager approached us telling us that we were to many... I was like whaaaaat? the place was empty just for ourself ( who would think a business owner/manager could complain about having to many clients). We ordered 10 pizzas and the owner complained saying they could only sell us 8 pizzas as we didn't reserved prior to arriving with 23 persons. After playing for more than 2 hours, eating 8 boxes of pizzas, plus several jars of coke and spending about 25 dollars in music ($1 per song) we decided to surprise our friend with a 1.5lb cake decorated with a bowling theme but the manager approached us telling us that if we wanted to bring a cake inside the building we had to pay $35 just for allowance. If you are planing on visit this place please save yourself some unpleasant time and find someplace else where you can feel welcomed. read more

Very poor customer service, more concerned with getting people in and quickly out than people having fun. On a Saturday there were only 3 groups there, but every lane was next to each other (21 empty lanes on the other side). They didn't play any music, were just watching the tv. Bathrooms were a huge mess and in general did not have a good experience. read more

The most boring bowling place. On a Friday night this place was so empty. They put us right next to a group so we were all squished in the little spot. I asked for another lane since they were all empty but they said no. Their adaptation of bowling was horrible as there was only 5 pins and the smallest balls. There was no music playing at all.. We then realized you have to pay for music at the juke box which we did because we were all falling asleep from boredom. There are no tables for storage. So boring .. Everyone don't bother coming here it really sucks read more

They are very rude and not customer friendly at all. One of the guys or managers was very rude just cause I wanted to charge my phone. He wasn't even polite in explaining the policies. I'm not usually one to complain but this place made me want to. When we got there on a Monday afternoon there was only one other couple there, the place was practically empty. We went to the counter to pay and were helped by a miserable lady, and a man who just looked at you and didn't talk, also with unhappy look on face. We paid for our group of 3, while we waited for the other 3 members of our party to pay for themselves. A few mins later the last 3 of our group arrived and joined us at the lanes. They innocently assumed we had paid for them but we hadn't. The unhappy looking man and woman watched us without saying anything or offering assistance for 10 mins while we tried to figure out how to start up the computer score system. Finally one of us went over to ask, they then said they aren't turning it on because we all hadn't paid. Seriously, it was an innocent mistake, instead of be grouchy they could have let us know. So then we're putting our names in the system and the lady comes over THIS time to say we only paid for 7, not 8. The 8th person was a 1 year old boy and we thought they wouldn't charge for him, they did. She said to remove his name or pay. We stayed for two games, the place remained desolate and the man and woman remained grouchy looking. When we left, they didn't acknowledge us even though we were playing in the two lanes directly in front of the counter. No music or anything else really going on here made it a bit boring.
