I was simply trying to book a bowling lane, but he lied, raised his voice at me, and spoke with a very aggressive attitude. He then claimed I couldn't afford the €13 bowling option, even though he was working behind the bar in a bowling alley, which made no sense. To make matters worse, several of my belongings were stolen at the venue, including multiple Cartier items. Overall, this place is extremely disappointing. I would strongly advise others to avoid it.

I booked and watched him write the booking down in the log with my name against it. On returning later that evening I was told there was no booking. The man I spoke to was extremely rude and dismissive despite this clearly being a mistake made on their side. They wouldn't let me look at the bookings to see if it was accidently booked by them for the wrong day and the guy even disputed that I'd been back in to book with another of their staff! These things can happen but the staff there treated us with absolute distain and were very rude for absolutely no reason. I wouldn't ever go back.

Frankly I think it was misogyny. We were a group of teenage girls and we hadn't done anything wrong. I promise I'm not a Karen, I only EVER come onto Yelp when I have something positive to say, but this place was so awful, just don't waste your money here. If I could give 0 stars, I would.
