When I began to challenge and question, they replied that usually dogs show signs when this is needed. I responded that he had shown signs, has for weeks, and I've been doing this for six years with him and know when it's necessary. The staff was young and looked back at me with blank eyes. When I asked for a refund, since the service was not even done, I received a response of "I could get in trouble." Why not bring a manager out then? They came out to visit the day after I called (with the meet and greet on Mother's Day!). Our pup adored them from first sight and it was immediately clear (1) they are both very nice and (2) truly have a way with animals. We had no hesitations hiring them for daily visits after the initial meet. Since then, we have been thrilled with their services, and they have been SO much better/easier to work with than other dog walkers in the area. The change was immediately noticeable in our pup too - he loves his walks and is content/happy when we come home from work. After the visits, Lauriel texts to let us know how the day went and without us asking, they go the extra mile to bring in packages delivered to the house, check on things, etc. PLUS, they are very responsible (we've never had an issue), affordable, willing to do overnight and weekend visits, and incredibly flexible/responsive to texts for last minute schedule changes, etc. Needless to say, we LOVE Elite Canine and highly recommend them.
