I was offered nothing in the meantime, not even a glass of water, and this is a place you are forking out 1000's at. I went in looking for a cover up initially and ended up buying a pair of shoes, a hair slide and a clutch. When I got home I realised the shoes had been tried on too much and were far too wide, so I brought them back. Despite them never having left the box, they refused to give me a refund so I got a credit note. Secondly the hair slide didn't suit once I tried it on at home. They refused to give me a refund or a credit note, for "hygiene reasons". This is a joke as anyone can try the hair slides on without buying them, and the slide had also never been touched. So I was left with no shoes, a slide I didn't want and a credit note I didn't even want to spend. I would never go back to this place.
