I'd like to provide you a feedback regarding the service as an outsider, who visited Bordeaux for…read morethe first time.
1) Language switcher on the website doesn't work. Hence, I had to translate every text from French to English myself. I understand, that seems some people still think that we live in 18 century and French is still the language of international communication.. But I think TBM is contemporary enough. And there is just some bug on the website, that should be fixed.
2) The information about tickets options and points of sales on your website is not clear. That's why I bought tickets on Witick app. And only inside the transportation I FOUND OUT that I MUST have Internet connection to validate the ticket... Incredible, in 2021 to make such a simple procedure as validation of the ticket - I need to have an Internet.. Just, FYI, when person travelling to France for a few days (like I did) - it's a bit out of reasonability to buy a SIM-card and use mobile data. Not even talking about rouming. Alternatively, you could be kind enough to provide a free WIFI inside the transportation. Since you need the Internet to validate my ticket.
3) I tried my best and went to the ticket office, which according to the Google Maps had to be opened. But it wasn't. Yeah, really, who needs to use public transportation on Sunday. Everyone MUST stay at home on Sundays. So, no need to provide a service on Sundays..
4) I didn't give up. And I went to the terminal in the street. I hoped to buy the ticket there. 1st terminal - no tickets available. 2nd terminal - oh tickets available! Trying to pay with my card (MasterCard, had no any issues to pay with it in France anywhere, except TBM terminal).. Card not accepted (there were enough funds, don't worry). Trying with ANOTHER card.. Card not accepted (MasterCard, enough funds as well). AAAAAAAAAAAAA! I cannot stand it. Am I supposed to do what? Explore all over the city by walking? Or ride for free, waiting for the checkers to come and ask for my absent ticket?
5) I clearly understand, that it might be just a coincidence of the random circumstances.. But guys, you have a huge room to improve the service.
