AVOID AT ALL COSTS. The worst service I have experienced in any sector, in any country. I went into their office to get a French sim card, and to buy credit for phone and web service. Was supposed to work within an hour, took almost 24. Rude incompetent employees added only phone service when I asked for internet as well. (I speak French.) I've been back about 7 times trying to get help. An incorrect account number is associated with my phone number so I can't even get customer service or try to rectify things online. There's no way to email or chat, not with lowly prepay, and I can't reach customer service by phone because my 5 Euro credit was used up with 2 (two) very brief phone calls within Nice. Guys in the stores who sell you the stuff will render NO customer service, they flat out refuse and tell you to call 1023. But I can't because I used up my phone credit.
