Alan and his team are exceptional. I had been searching for a home in Santa Clarita while living in Las Vegas. Alan kept me informed of available properties and would schedule several showings when I was in town. He is the reason I have my wonderful new place. Alan was quick to make an offer for a home on the market for less than a day. I am forever grateful to Alan and his staff for their superb customer service and professionalism. I would never consider another firm. read more

Very pleased w/ the services and negotiation skills provided by Allen Brodetsky. We recently had to sell a family home of 62 years and decades of memories. Allen was able to not only secure top value for our home, but he also seamlessly guided us through every step of the way. (We live 1,400 miles away!) Highly recommend! read more

It's been over twenty years since I sold a house. It's not just a very different market, it's a very different world. My accountant had worked with Allen before and suggested I talk with him. From the very first conversation, I knew that Allen would be on top of every detail. He was ahead of me on everything from staging to necessary versus unnecessary repairs, and he kept me calm during the entire unnerving process. High interest rates, slow sales in general, economic volatility - didn't shake him, so it didn't shake me. The house is sold and I wouldn't sell another without him. Good guy, straight shooter, works 'round the clock. Great experience. read more

We worked with Allen to purchase our home in Westchester (90045) and could not have had a better experience. Allen is clearly knowledgeable of different areas, the market, how to negotiate, and he makes himself available to view homes, even at the last minute. He also went to homes for us and recorded videos so we wouldn't have to drive out ourselves. What sets Allen apart, though, is that he is brutally honest. He let us know when he thought a house was a bad idea whether it was because of the school district, the area, the layout of the home, etc. Also, he has experience in fixing homes up so he can spot shoddy work and will immediately tell you. If he doesn't verbally tell you, his facial expressions will. We highly recommend working with Allen and if we ever purchase a home again, we will definitely give him a call. read more

We recently had a pleasure of working with Allen Brodetsky to find us our dream house, which he amazingly was able to do within two months. Allen & his team provided us with concierge service that truly was the best. Allen was available to us for any kind of help and questions 24/7. He will be definitely recommended by us to family or anyone who we care about! Thank you Allen! read more

Allen and his team were an absolute dream to work with! We were in a rush to find a home in Thousand Oaks and to sell our home in West Hills. Both were accomplished within a month! Allen was very easy to reach via text, email and phone. He was very attentive throughout the process of home buying and selling. I would highly recommend Allen and Boutique Realty to anyone looking to buy, sell or even to refinance. read more

Boutique Realty and Allen are absolute pros. I have bought and sold a total of 3 homes over the last 8 years with Allen in a constantly evolving market. Allen's work ethic, can-do attitude, professionalism, business acumen, industry knowledge and sheer grit to get the job done are undeniably his super powers that come out instantly and thru out the entire buying and selling process. Even though the Boutique Realty team has multiple clients, my family has always felt like we are his top priority at all times, given extreme care and walked thru the complicated process every time with utmost diligence. Every home transaction is different, many have challenges, hiccups, and surprises and Allen has been a pro in my corner always giving my family a leg up when buying or selling our homes. We received above and beyond the expected results every time we have worked with Boutique Realty. Cheers to Allen and Team! If you are buying or selling a home, working with Allen gives you a huge advantage in a complicated and constantly evolving market. read more

I cant thank Allen enough for guiding us through what initially seemed like an endless process. We were getting frustrated with buying a home because of constantly being outbid with multiple offers. Then in comes Allen to save the day, who was able to counsel us in to taking a different approach which worked out successfully. My only regret was not meeting Allen sooner! Thank you! read more

We have done business with Allen since 2005. We have sold property though him and his team and it was seamless. From the listing to the staging to the sale, everything was done with the upmost professionalism. We closed escrow in 21 days from being listed to closing. I will continue to work with Allen Brodetsky for years to come. -Scott & Greg Ray read more

Allen Brodetsky is, by far, the most capable realtor I've worked with. My late husband and I bought and sold six properties over the past 20 years and dealt with many realtors but this was the smoothest experience by far. From the outset, I knew I could depend on Allen to guide me through the selling of my home. And, I must say, this meant a lot because I am a widow, 75 years of age. Allen's professionalism and pleasant personality confirmed I was in good hands. He took ample time to answer any questions I had. The property was staged so beautifully. The photos posted of my home were lovely, professional and brought out features I'd overlooked after living in the home for more than 50 years. Allen's attention to detail was impeccable. He always responded to my text messages/emails within the hour and his ability to negotiate and close the transaction was outstanding. And, most importantly, because of Allen's expertise, I received six offers after my home had been listed for only four days and I ultimately received my asking price. In addition, the staff at Boutique Realty is first class, always available to answer any questions. This could not have been a more rewarding experience. If you are in the market to buy or sell a home, Allen Brodetsky is the person you want working with you...absolutely. read more

Working with Allen and his team was the best experience I could have asked for. He helped me find and purchase a townhome in Northridge and did my loan for me as well. Everything was seamless and worry free. This was my second time purchasing a property and decided to go with Boutique Realty because my first purchase was very stressful due to the first mortgage broker being difficult to work with. For the purchase, Allen helped me narrow down properties specific to what I was looking for and he and his staff (Sammy and Ella) were great at meeting me for viewings and giving me their opinions as well as listening to my own feedback. Eventually we were able to find a place that was in my budget and had everything my fiancee and I wanted. We made an offer and it was accepted the next day. We were so excited. For the loan, I had spent a few months shopping around with various companies, both through recommendations and inbound calls from all over the country. I had talked for hours on the phone with brokers from Colorado, Maryland, Orange County, you name it. Eventually, when my offer on the property was accepted, Allen said he would be more than happy to let me work with any broker I wanted, as well as give me a quote for a loan with his office. When I got the loan estimate from Allen, it was better than any offer I had elsewhere and I went with him for the loan as well. We closed escrow 29 days later with no hiccups or frustration. Allen was always easy to reach and available to talk me through any questions I had. We were on the phone regularly making sure every document was signed and every form was filled out. Through the whole process, Allen was able to send documents straight to my email which would allow me to docusign them, even from my phone. I can say with 100% that we got the best service possible and there is nothing more I could have asked for. I've recommended Boutique Realty to every friend and family member who is in the market for a purchase or refinance and those who have called him have thanked me for the amazing recommendation. Can't wait to work with them again! read more

Tina Yamron of Boutique Realty and Allen and the rest of Tina's Team were really outstanding. This is a very hot market. Just bidding the Offer Price is not enough. Tina helped us to negotiate a winning Bid and close in less than 30 days. After a few failed offers on other homes, Tina found us the best home of all. She and her Team helped us with the Escrow and the Closing details. Buying a home in this market is exhausting. Tina put in the work to get it done for us and we simply can't thank her enough. read more

Allen and his team helped me and my husband purchase our first home about 2 1/2 years ago. We had to work quickly because we were renting at the time and our landlord was selling the property. I highly recommend Allen for anyone looking to buy a new home. read more

It was a great pleasure working with Allen. Allen's knowledge of the real estate market is incredible. He priced my condo just right and we received the best offer possible- my condo was sold for the best price per square foot in the building comparing to other sold condos within 3 year period. Allen is very professional and he is an excellent negotiator. He just makes things happen. Highly recommend Allen and his team for all your real estate related needs. read more

Allen has been our realtor for 5 years now. He has assisted us in purchasing our dream home, refinancing one of our previous homes, renting two properties and selling one property. We have now used Allen and his team to purchase AND sell a home! TLDR: Allen and Boutique Realty are the best and we couldn't have been happier! Read on for more details haha. When purchasing, he took us all over the valley until we finally found an area we were comfortable with and was within our price range. It was a treat every time we walked into a potential property and without any hesitation, Allen could tell us everything we could possibly want to know. Including, the brand and types of floors, fixtures and other non-obvious pieces of the home. This helped cut through some of the typical misdirection...Oh, you think that vanity is nice, that's the cheapest one at Lowe's, etc. When it came time to put in an offer and negotiate, he was (as I like to say) ruthless! Speaking at least 4 different languages that I heard, he was able to negotiate in a way with all parties that I hadn't seen before. He got us a great deal on the house, got a lot of things taken care of and even worked things out to extend our Escrow when a surprise tax issue popped up. We couldn't have been happier. Years later we decided to sell and move and once again Allen was an absolute rockstar. He was able to put a team together to do all the necessary updates and make our house look minty fresh for sale in less then two weeks. This included redoing our front yard with turf and giving the house some amazing curb appeal. All of this was optional to us, but I'm really glad we took his advice, because the return on investment he was able to get us was more than we thought we could get. We had nonstop showings and offers and we were closed within a week of listing. All of this Allen handled while my family and I were driving cross country to our new home. The amount of stress Allen took off our plate made our whole move so easy, which made us eternally grateful. Both times, day or night, we could call or text Allen and he was super responsive and helpful. Whether we had questions or just needed advice, he was right there. He also never BS'd me and in fact, a couple times he set me straight haha. The point is, you can trust him implicitly! When we sold the house, I basically put the whole thing on Allen autopilot and reaped the rewards! I have recommended Allen and his team to all my friends and 3 of them all have lovely homes they absolutely love because of him. If you are looking for a new place, or want to sell yours, look no further than Allen and Boutique Realty!! read more

Allen really is the best agent you can possibly get. I interviewed seven again seven different realtors and what he offered was above and beyond everything else. He went the extra mile on anything I asked for, when other realtors told me I would have to contact someone else for that info. He always picked up the phone and was accessible at all times. He lived right down the street and would come by when I needed help with anything. We got the price I wanted selling my house and he made a stressful situation a lot lighter by going through it with me step by step. ALLEN IS THE MAN NO NEED TO LOOK FURTHER, THANK YOU ALLEN. I will always recommend and use you services going forward in the future. read more

They quickly responded to calls, texts and emails, no matter the time. Whatever we needed, they were there for us. The experience was unlike any other company we had ever worked with. We were not just another couple, they treated us like family. Before coming across Boutique Realty, we had been searching for a home for over a year. We thought we would never find a one. Allen's professionalism, enthusiasm, and savvy insight helped us sell our longtime home in Woodland Hills. His advise on everything was spot on so we trusted him completely from prepping home, marketing, showing, and negotiations. He sold our house above asking price in one weekend of creative showings. His energy and enthusiasm is genuine. We hired a realtor and made a friend. Allen Brodetsky is the hardest working real estate agent in the Los Angeles area. But what is unique about Allen is not just the work ethic, it's the sincere commitment to exceeding client expectations. We met Allen through word of mouth, and we couldn't believe our good fortune - because Allen delivered our dream home, it was too good to be true. The thing that sets Allen apart is how much he genuinely cares about the client's experience - he was always available to help us, and no question was too trivial to answer with a thorough explanation. Our new home is beyond our wildest dreams - and it all felt oddly easy at a time when the real estate market has never been more nuts. Was it luck? Or was it Allen Brodetsky? read more

Allen is one of the best real estate consultants in the business. Very knowledgeable and meticulous in his work. I have used him for several deals on the buy and sell side and he gets straight to work from day one. As an added bonus, he also works on the lending front and therefore knows the job of every player in the chain link within the underwriting/escrow process. Great benefit to me as he can press on all parties to get the job done efficiently and in the client's favor. Most agents simply know how to interact with the other party's agent, if that. Bottom line, Allen is the kind of professional I would recommend to my family and to my clients. Can't say it any better than that. read more

This is the first time for me to write a review about anything. But I am compelled to do so about Allen Brodestsky and Boutique Realty. It is more than 50 years ago that I had to deal with real-estate agents, and I was not looking forward to doing so again. I was in for a big surprise to find Allen Brodestsky who at once became a friend and guided me effortlessly through the process. Allen and his team took care of everything from coming with me to look at properties, selling my home of 50 years, providing a moving company, guiding me through all the forms and documents, and much more. Allen is the best agent I could ever recommend for buying and selling a home!!! We have worked with him twice on the sale of our homes and could not have been happier with his services! The first sale was a condo in Beverly Hills. We had been working with another agent for about a year with no success. Within a month, Allen re-staged our condo and sold our home at a great price. We only wished we had found him sooner! Allen also helped us sell our home in a gated community in Calabasas. He proved to be beyond diligent, trustworthy, reliable and literally went above and beyond to sell our home before it even hit the market at an amazing price! His team digitally re-staged our home, took amazing pictures and took care of so many little things we would have overlooked as sellers. He even helped with getting rid of and donating furniture and items we no longer needed as we were moving out of state. His expertise was beyond apparent and blew us away! He always worked quickly and confidently and we always knew we were in good hands! Allen was always able to calm my nerves with his humor, knowledge and experience.
