Ordered flowers on a Friday to be delivered on Monday. They weren't able to deliver on Monday because the person wasn't home and they would not leave them, even at my request. I called Tuesday morning and was told the flowers were just being loaded on the delivery truck for that day. The person they were to be delivered to had someone home all day, and no flowers were delivered. Left a message and had someone call me Wednesday morning. She confirmed to me that the flowers were not on the delivery truck Tuesday. Not sure why I was told they were. Flowers were finally delivered today, and I got a picture of what was delivered and I am very unhappy. They are not what I ordered. Ordered flowers for my daughter's wedding. The day of the wedding, my daughter received three phone calls from them confirming where the wedding was as she was getting married on a golf course at one of our popular hotel's. There is a gazebo that they were supposed to mount flowers on and leave the corsages and boutonnières for guests and the groom and groomsmen. The florist decided to leave them in the hotel (which was only to be used for inclement weather). Even though they had already called three times, they couldn't bother to call and tell us they had done this. We delayed the wedding 25 minutes waiting for the flowers. We called the store multiple time's, but do to it being Saturday, there was no answer. In talking to owner the following Monday morning, she said they were delivered. After I pointed out I had proof in pictures that we never got them she tried to blame the hotel for not notifying us. After long discussion and multiple calls she did apologize and initially reluctantly said she would give us back the money for the flowers we didn't get. Last time we will ever use them. read more

I ordered 2 matching bouquets to be put in front of our church, in memory of our grandbaby. I brought photos to the shop showing what I would like and told them they were in memory of our grandbaby. The flowers that were delivered to our church (which I did appreciate that service), were in no way what I had shown or told them I wanted. I went in the next day and talked to them, and she agreed that they were 'not what I had requested' or very baby-ish", but she was pretty apathetic about the situation. My grandson turned 8 yesterday and we had a basket of "goodies" delivered. This was the worst imaginable mish mash of foods for a 8 year old. For this age a nice Smors basket would be nice. I'm surprised at how this florist has no sense of artistry. I received birthday tulips today. My husband ordered "just pink tulips in a hurricane vase with no extra crap in it." I received pathetic yellow tulips of varying lengths, an ugly gord vase with a faded ribbon tied around it, and stupid ferny stems of greenery. Everything is cut at varying stem lengths, all wonky, and there is a dead gnat squished against one of the flowers. This is just an embarrassment. Honestly, they charged $50 and probably just walked to Safeway to buy a bouquet for $6.99. Seriously, finding a good florist is a hard task in this town. read more

SO disappointed! Ordered flowers for my parent's anniversary and paid extra for the "deluxe" bouquet. The arrangement was skimpy at best, and had only half the number of stems from the photo. When I phoned to complain (the website says "satisfaction guaranteed"), I was told that tulips are more expensive right now, so they cut the number of flowers in half. I understand that something may be out of season. If so, take it off your website, or phone the customer and warn them! Maybe offer something different? So, there is no satisfaction guaranteed - they truly don't care to make it right. The fact that they don't even apologize or care to make it right when someone has paid to upgrade a bouquet is ridiculous. Will never order from them again! read more

I am from CA and I ordered flowers for my friend's birthday. She lives on base and was assured the flowers would arrive on Saturday (a day before her birthday). I did not hear anything from my friend or the flower shop all weekend so I decided to call on Monday and see what happened. They told me that they had called my friend to deliver the flowers and she had not answered (I later asked my friend and she said she had received no such call). I spoke with an employee who told me they would try again on Tuesday. I called my friend later that night to tell her to expect a call and she told me that she had been receiving calls from the shop and that when she answered every call (there were about 5) they would say they had the wrong number. I basically had to tell my friend about the flowers (and ruin the surprise) so that she was aware of the delivery set to happen on Tuesday. I called this morning extremely disappointed and asked to speak to the manager about the situation. She put me on hold and told me her version of the story (they tried calling, made 2 delivery attempts, etc.). I told her I was not happy since the did not even call me to let me know what happened. They were supposed to provide a service and everything was explained at the time of purchase. She then asked me what she could do to make me happy. She didn't even offer up a solution and I basically told her that since I am in CA I would appreciate it if she would deliver the flowers today. The only good thing was that the flowers did come out lovely. But then they misspelled a name: Freddy became Greddy. Needless to say if they had made more of an effort to communicate and try and make me (the customer) happy, I would use them again. Next time I think I'll stick to 1-800-FLOWERS. read more

My husband used this service to send me a gorgeous autumn arrangement for my anniversary. I actually took a year long floral design class in college and I must say this arrangement is lovely. I ordered flowers for my sick grandmother on New Year's Eve, their website said it could be delivered on New Year's Day. They called soon after my order to let me know it couldn't be delivered until Saturday, as they were closed for the holiday. I was sad, but did not cancel my order. Go elsewhere with your business!! Although multiple contact options were provided, there wasn't a call to confirm someone was home, Delivery was attempted during the 1 hour my parents were at lunch. My 81 year old mother was expected to drive across town to retrieve her birthday flowers. My request for reimbursement of the delivery fee was refused because they "tried to deliver" and left a card. Any of the grocery stores can provide a self delivered bouquet for 1/2 the price. read more

I am so disappointed- I went today to pick up my son's corsage, and boutonniere, for his first prom. We had stopped by in person, 3 days prior, to pick out the bracelet and ribbon to be attached to his date's corsage. The ribbon ordered, was to go w/ a gray and black dress. The ribbon received was an iridescent green, yellow, pink, and orange. I asked that the staff redo the corsage w/ the correct ribbon. The staff states, "That will take us awhile, how about if I add a little of the correct ribbon in." Seriously...$31.99 for a wrist corsage, hand-picked out to match the dress, and now you want to fabricate it w/ several different ribbons? I am assuming that you proposed this option, so that you didn't have to tear the corsage down to correct your error? How about...you make it to the original order? I chose to take the corsage as it was. Staff states, "so sorry that this happened." Well...I am so sorry too. So sorry...that I picked your business. This is the first prom, for that matter, date, for my son. He is a former 26 week preemie, 1lb. 15oz. birthweight, and this his Senior Prom...so important. He missed so many milestones, as much of his life has been spent in hospitals, etc., etc. But how would you know...perhaps if you just had the business sense to remake the corsage, expediently, as if it were your own son's, or grandson's...without the excuses?
