Fast forward to wedding day, Flowers arrived, looked beautiful. Went to look for flower toss bouquet and no where to be found. Looked at the sweetheart table and it was pretty sparse looking. not at all what I imagined it would be. By the time we got to our ceremony, my bridal party's bouquets were wilting (I can see it in pics) and I had to toss a bridesmaid bouquet because I had nothing else. I've seen Christies work and was so excited for her to do my flowers. All I can say is I was pretty disappointed and upset and she did not personally deliver the flowers. If she had, I could have at least talked to her then. After the wedding I reached out to discuss it and I got "you didn't pay for the toss bouquet." That was not even discussed and we paid for all of the flowers and should have received the toss bouquet I was told I was going to get. After that brief conversation, Christie never responded to me again. My husband said that their boutonnieres were wilted and were not even in water. My centerpieces were really nice and how I wanted them. I did see in a photo of our rings that some of the flowers were brown, bummer. That said, get everything in writing.

They are super well organized and keep track of all orders and notes in their client portal. They base their bouquets on inspiration photos, and you can see what flowers they are planning to use on the portal. Make sure you are vocal about anything you may not like and answer all of their questions in a timely manner to ensure all visions are executed correctly. I recommend you make any needed changes at least two weeks before the event, as they order flowers a few weeks in advance. They were great to work with and delivered our flowers to the venue on time and as planned.

When I first called, I was placed on hold for almost 10 minutes by a young girl only to have somebody pick up the phone and hang up on me without saying a word. When I called back, a different person answered and transferred me back to the same young girl, who seemed bothered and uninterested in helping. She kept speaking over me while I was trying to convey what I was hoping for and repeatedly tried to upsell me even after I clearly explained my budget of $150. This was not my idea of a grand gesture for a birthday gift. I specifically asked for peonies to be the centerpiece, and what was delivered felt lackluster, underwhelming, and lacking creativity. The arrangement my daughter received looked much smaller and far less impressive than what I expected for the price paid and the expectations set. It did not feel grand or special at all. Overall, the customer service and final product did not match the experience I hoped for. I will not be using their services again.
