At Bountiful Orthodontics, they make you feel very comfortable! I've never really liked dentists, but at Dr. Feller's office, they make me feel comfortable and at ease. Dr. Feller will tell you what he's doing and talk to you, not just to your parents. His whole staff is nice, and his office is always clean and easy to be in without ever feeling nervous or uncomfortable. Dr. Feller's whole staff always knows your name and will greet you right as you come through the door. Dr. Feller has prizes you can win, and fun summer parties like the "Cherry Hill" swimming party, and even if you don't like to swim, come for the drawings and pizza! In Dr. Fellers office he always has fun movies playing for you to watch while you wait. The orthodontic work is always fast and easy for the patient. Dr. Feller will give you "Bountiful Bucks" according on how well you flossed, brushed, wore your elastics, Etc. After you save up so many bucks you can buy t-shirts, gift cards, toys, and more. You won't find any better orthodontist than Dr. Feller. He is the best in so many ways. Most important to my kids is that he is fun. He always takes the time to talk to them and find out what's going on with them. For me, he takes the time to talk to me and let me know what's going on with my kids' mouths. The staff is great too. All of them are friendly and quite good at what they do. Best thing is they are fast and efficient. Sometimes my kids are done sooner than I expect them. (Side note here - Dr. Feller has great magazines, but I usually find myself watching the latest movie with kids on one of their 4or5 tvs). What my husband likes most is the cost. Two of my kids needed work right away and by paying up front I received a discount. The other two are on the "Come back every few months for a check-up" and I haven't been charged a dime for it. I love Dr. Feller and Bountiful Orthodontics. I have always needed braces but finally got them when I was 30. I had a baby tooth pulled and needed braces to make space for a dental implant On several occasions, I have asked Dr. Feller to tweak my false tooth because I was nervous about how it looked. He was more than happy to do so, even though it took more time than he was planning. I feel that I can always ask him questions and he is always never annoyed (I would be!). His staff is WONDERFUL, which is important, considering the amount of time spent with them.
