I had a "rapid-induction" session with Ms. Mrotek that left me feeling incredibly relaxed. In the past couple of weeks since my session, I've noticed a huge reduction in sleep disturbances. I've been a long time sufferer of restless leg syndrome, which has significantly decreased since hypnosis. I came into the session hoping to work on a specific area, which is confidence during singing performance. Just a few minutes ago, I left a successful recording session-- but it didn't start out that way! I was developing an increasingly painful and distracting headache, something that often comes up when the pressure is on and I'm recording in an unfamiliar environment.
