Not only did Adrian get back to me, but he was very nice on the phone and very informative. The price was reasonable and he even went the extra step to text me a picture of the bounce house I was requesting to make sure it's the one I wanted (since I was reading from the website, he wanted to be sure we were on the same page.) I contacted him the week my party to confirm everything and again the day before. Everything was good to go and he was great about getting back. I was told that on the day of the party, I should expect them anywhere from 2 -3 hours early. Adrian called me to let me know they were on the way, in the midst of party planning chaos, it was GREAT to get a heads up for that. The team had it up and ready so quickly I was kind of in shock. They told me that they would come around 8:30 PM to collect it but if we were done before that, just to let them know. After the party started to wind down, and I couldn't get my kids out of the bounce house, I gave them a call and said we were ready when they were. I was told that they would call me when they were on the way, and they did. And that was great because it gave me time to get my kids out and they could squeeze in "A few more minutes" before the team was actually here and they weren't standing around waiting for my kids. The bounce house was clean, it was fun, and I handed out a few cards to other parents who were looking for their own parties. I will definitely use them again.

A few weeks before the big day I reached out to the company to confirm everything and waited a week for them to reply which no one did. I proceeded to text and call and got no response until a few days later I got a message and all is said was "yes what time do we pick up chairs"? I just figured that maybe they were busy and hard to get ahold of. Well the wedding day approaches and I am getting ready and my fiancé is waiting at the venue for them to bring the chairs. 11:45 comes and nothing. 11:50 comes and nothing. Almost 12 comes and my fiancé decides to call and Danny (the owner) answers and my fiancé said it sounds like he was lounging in a rocking chair. Danny proceeds to switch his story a few times. First story he said he forgot about my event and second story was he had another event and was running behind and he wouldn't be able to get the chairs to the venue for another hour which is past the time the wedding was supposed to start. At this point my fiancé was panicking and we had to tell our wedding coordinator to delay the schedule by about 30 mins. When they finally showed up with the chairs Danny was no where to be found and it seems like he just pawned the o job off on a couple other people. No apology, no offer of a partial refund nothing.
