It was $75 to rent and a $10 delivery fee which varies depending on where you are. The rental is for six hours. I wanted it delivered by noon so my kids could play in it for a little while before my daughters birthday party( which was gonna end at six). They notified me the day before to let me know that they would deliver it earlier since they were in the area. This did not affect my rental time. We had the bounce house from 10am-7pm. Plenty of time for my kids to play by themselves and all of their friends to play during the party. The guys who delivered it were very courteous and professional. I highly recommend them based on my experience.

He was able to provide me with prices and packages they offered. Also, he went out of his way to guide me through their website. He went over the process step-by-step & really set my expectations. He was always available to contact for any questions I may have had, either by phone or by email. I always got a quick response. Liz did some amazing artwork on the photo strip for our wedding. After just giving her a few ideas on the questionnaire they send out. She was able to create something that I loved in the first attempt. They really go above and beyond for you. I was really amazed at the wedding because they are the two attendants who take the photos & provide great customer service not only to you but to all of your guests. We received so many compliments on Garrett & Liz, the Photo Booth, the backdrop & the quality of the photos. Plus they have such awesome props available. My husband & I were just overall happy we chose them to be apart of a lifetime of memories. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I have not officially used this company but I tried three different ways to contact them to see…read moreabout booking the dunk tank. I messaged them on Facebook, they saw the message and never responded. Then I texted them and nothing. And lastly I posted on their Facebook page asking how much and they said $220 and I asked if it was available on a certain day and then nothing. So, I will go ahead and rent from someone that actually wants to rent their stuff. By reading the other comments I am glad that I am going with another company since their stuff seems to be broken anyway.

Gr8 Jump has a great website with pictures and listings of everything available with pricing as well. I tried calling for information, but they wanted a request first online and then they call you back. This seemed like double the work, also what if the date is already taken? Then I filled out the request for no reason. Luckily, the date was available and half of the total was required to hold the date. The day before I called to confirm three times and never got a call back. The voicemail was full so I couldn't leave a message. I then e-mailed and received a message right back saying it was all set. I didn't want to hold my breath in case it didn't show up. Well, the machines showed up at the party right on time and were clean and new. I wish I would have clarified the supplies associated with the machines. I was told the popcorn would come with enough supplies to make 60 servings, well I popped all of the stuff in about an hour and it wasn't even close to that many servings. I sent someone to buy more popcorn. The sno-cone machine came with cups and syrup but no ice. I don't mind buying ice, but it would have been nice to know that beforehand so I could have been prepared. I would rent from Gr8 Jump again, but will just do everything over e-mail and ask more questions...

Therefore letting all the water out in the yard creating havoc for all because the ground became mush Just Horrible! I reached out to of course GABRIELA AND BEHOLD NO REPLY TO THIS DAY! I REACHED OUT AND SENT PHOTOS TO BOTH GABRIELA AND THE PEOPLE THAT DELIVERED THE BALLOON SLIDE AND THERE REPLY WAS THIS! "THE WATER IN THE POOL CANNOT BE TO HIGH! BECAUSE THE VELCRO WILL NOT STICK,"THERE WAS BARELY A FOOT OF WATER IF THAT! THEN THEY SAY"HE SAID WE COULDN'T GIVE YOU THE ONE SLIDE YOU ORIGINALLY ORDERED BECAUSE OF MAJOR DAMAGES !'' "THIS ONE DOES HAVE A HOLE AS WELL THAT'S WHY I LEFT YOU 2 BLOWERS SO THAT IT COULD HOLD!" No apology no refund no care in the world! Horrible I hope people see this and dont get scammed as I did!
