My disappointment came in form of weak flavoring. Once that spoon hits your tongue, you should automatically know what the flavor is that you purchased. When you suck that juice through the straw, the same sensory process should happen. I did not have that experience here. They need stronger and bolder flavors/syrups to truly run with the big dogs. I do like that they have several cup sizes to choose from, and you also can get ice cream from them. I am not saying that I will not ever give them another chance in the future. I called Joe with A2B, on the edge of tears, begging to "uncancel" my reservation. Our inflatable was in perfect condition, and the kids had a blast from the moment it was dropped off until the moment it was picked up.
