On the day of the event, just three hours before the party was scheduled to begin, I received a call stating that the tables, chairs, and tents I had rented would not be delivered because they were supposedly stuck in Brooklyn. While Steve did arrive with the water slide at the designated time, the majority of the rental items I paid for never arrived. This left me scrambling at the last minute to find replacement tables, chairs, and tents for my guests. To make matters worse, despite being told I would receive a refund for the undelivered items, I have still not received it, and my attempts to communicate have gone unanswered. During my search for replacement rentals, several other companies mentioned that they had heard of similar issues involving this company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Stevie D Entertainment. Reliable communication, honoring commitments, and timely refunds are essential when providing services for important events, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of those expectations.

We have a large open barn, so we asked if they had something else available since they have indoor bounce houses on their website. They did not have anything available, which is fine, but what wasn't fine is that they refused to reimburse our deposit. They said it was non-refundable but could be used for a new rental, good for a year. We had the party as scheduled, and we have no use for another bounce house in the next year. We again asked for our deposit back. They again refused. I would warn against using them for anything outdoors since it just might rain in Connecticut.

Each year before using them I have had to clean them thoroughly before we could use them. I've rented 50 chairs at a time ( every August ) that's a lot of chairs to have to clean. Each year I rented them I've gotten some sort of reason why they were delivered not clean for use. This year I rented only 25 chairs... they were disgusting. This year tents unlimited was contracted for our company picnic as they are every year to set up a tent, tables and chairs This year they showed up so late we had company employees and company guest standing around waiting for the set up to even arrive... Maybe ownership has changed hands or they just don't give 2 chits anymore The response when bringing it to an employees attention was "well that's why we discounted the chairs" what? Took me hours to clean those god damn chairs, they got their chairs back clean! Like I cleaned their chairs because they are too cheap to pay someone to clean them and or too damn lazy to do it themselves. Certainly my time is worth more than a $1 a chair. I'm rip chit just thinking about it! That's a Chitty move on this company's part, putting the cleaning of their equipment on the customer before the customer gets to use it!
