We are staying in Ocean City for the week and upon check-in we stopped by for some wine, beer, and liquor. The selection is great and it's a major convenience being right off the island as OC is a dry town. However, the prices are outrageous. I'd recommend bringing your own alcohol from home if you're spending the week/weekend. read more

As a local it is the only place I go. Customer service is amazing... great selection of wines. Places looks amazing after the renovations read more

Super disappointed , for being a liquor store right next to a tourist destination you'd think they'd be more versatile in looking at ID's from all over. My friend and I JUST moved out here from different states and they refused her ID and wouldn't let me purchase for coming in with her. We're both over 21 and i offered a Military ID as well as regular. read more

How can you call yourself Super Liquors and not carry Pabst Pounders or as others call them Tall Boys? The place is huge and the selection is immense bit again how can you not carry Pabst Pounders. Hell Walmart carries them and they are not Super Liquors. Last stop before a dry island you need to carry everything including Pabst Pounders. You may be seeing a theme to this post, the unacceptably of not carrying Pabst Blue Ribbons beer in a 16 ounce can. What would Dennis Hopper think? You can leave probably stop carrying some of those micro brews that don't sell and guess what? Replace them with Pabst Pounders. read more

Boulevard Super Liquors provided liquor for our wedding and did not disappoint. They helped us select high quality wine, beer and liquor with variety and at a good price point. Their delivery and pick up was coordinated through our venue and was seamless! We were able to return the unopened alcohol still in boxes. Thank you for helping make our big day a success (and party!!) read more

I Live pretty close to this location so it's pretty convenient for me. I've been coming here for years. The staff is very helpful, and the place is very organized . There is a large selection also. read more

$30 for box wine that's $19.99 at Circle Liquors. Horrible prices. Not sure why anyone would go there. Avoid

Great Friendly Staff always. Awesome selections of Wine, Beer & liquor. Definitely a must to stop on in and check it out before heading into 34th Street Entrance into OCNJ. The Best Liquor store in town!! :) read more

Imagine this, ya cousin Enzo from Kearny calls yous up to tell yous about his friends son Antonio's christening, Hes tells yas to pick up the hot sausage, peppas and onions, galamad, and mutzadel from A n S, last thing you want to do is watch this kid get dipped in some wata from the Hudson, and ya landlord just being relentless about the odor of garlic from yous livinroom. A had no other option I had to start up the 87 Lincoln and book over to a liquor store to forget about alls these problems. I took my buddy Nino from Bayonne to come with me (he's 20). So we's get there and eyes decided to grab a bottle of moscato (vintage) and my otha wise guy Nino grabbed a 4 loko for the road. The selection wasn't great it was basically PIMs, natty light , and hams for the beer selection. And unless yous had 8 Rebecca's Comin back ova to Kearny there was some cotton candy svedka and raspberry white claws. Mario's crew would've had me workin the landfill all of August if I showed up to the christening with cotton candy svedka. So because of the limited options we stuck with the Moscato and one loko. Buddy, let me tell yous, I thought we's got transported back to Ellis island immigration customs just to get this damn moscato and a loko. This wise gal lookin like billy gene king could not fulfill our order because nino was 20...like buddy yous the one to be talkin, yous probably the same one who called DIFUS on Antonio's brudas in the polo club for playin wiffle ball with a salami stick. Just terrible, total joke!! I'll take me and mys buddys service ova to Avalon to get some real vino and enjoy this ridiculous christening lol. read more

Disappointed in this place. I could not purchase beer because my license is a duplicate. However, I have purchased beer from here for the past few months with the same Id!!! I understand there are fakes out there etc, Etc. The id is mine, I lost my id. So now the liquor stores are DMV?? Your not allowed to be human and lose something? Get something stolen?? If its not valid to purchase alcohol why does DMV issue it? If DMV does not do their job and issues someone (not me) a duplicate ID, how is that the liquor stores issue??? I have my own beliefs of why my id was rejected, other than it being a duplicate. My id is me.. hair is the same I cant even say..Ehhh I look different. Ridiculous. We own a beach house in Ocean City that we attend all year round. My whole family purchases from here. NO MORE. read more

Came through here last night with my 22 y/o girlfriend to grab two bottles of wine for dinner. At check out the cash register asked for both of our IDs of which I only had mine. She didn't bring her purse with her because obviously I was buying and didn't think it would be an issue. Well it was... The woman at the register wouldn't sell me the two bottles of wine even though I had my valid ID because she didn't have hers and entered the store with me. We pled that I should be able to buy it and it doesn't matter that she doesn't have ID because I do and I am paying for it, but that wasn't enough, the cash register insisted that there are cameras that saw us enter the store together and that she needs a valid ID as well....absolutely ridiculous! So by this logic, no parent or older sibling can ever come into this store and buy themselves alcohol while accompanied by someone under 21?!? Makes zero sense. Total inconvenience and she made us drive back into Ocean City to get her ID and we came back and they allowed us to buy the wine. Talk about a power trip!! Congratulations you've lost a good customer and I'll let all my friends know to stop at circle (where it's cheaper anyways) on the way in and not this place anymore!! read more

You wake up. You decide that you want to have a nice darty. Being in a dry town such as ocean city requires you to go off the island to buy hooch. I go into the store to get some white claws for all my basics. They were out of black cherry. Never again. read more

Had an awful experience. Went in with my 14 year old cousin and they asked for her ID. Since she didn't have one, they would not sell to me. Very rude people. read more

Came here to grab some Lokos for the cousins coming down from Kearny but was left disappointed to find out that they aren't refrigerated! Be prepared to sell a kidney or two when you get to the check out line...I'd rather spend my money on some bungalow bowls or rolled ice cream up on the boardwalk! Also be prepared for a full blown TSA security check of your ID when checking out, if I ever go back (and I sure as hell am no) I am bringing my passport and maybe they can read that a little bit better read more

One stop shopping! They have everything you could possibly need! And if they don't, they can order it! Extensive wine selection -- but a little pricey! Great gift baskets! VERY strict on ID! read more

This place is ridiculous. They wont accept a license with any duplicates, for, I don't know what reason. Yes, a perfectly and legally valid non-expired would be good enough for anything else except their stupid podunk lame ass liquor store policy license. 22 year old manager couldn't even hold a conversation to discuss it with me. As far as the actual alcohol goes -- nothing out of control cool or expansive and you'll pay a few dollars more for everything based on the location. I hate this place and their rude staff and I can't wait to give my money to CIRCLE LIQUOR instead. read more

Their website explicitly says open 363 days a year, closed on Christmas and New Years. Ran out of wine on Thanksgiving. They were closed. read more

Have been a local for decades. Bought wine. They didnt bag it or give a receipt. There was a cashier and a bagger who did nothing. When returning in a couple minutes with the top of a broken bottle they said oh well your problem. Circle and Yesterday's respect locals who support them through the winter. I'll never return. read more

Just got ripped off on a wine purchase. Shop at Circle Liquors, Somers Point instead.

Imagine walking into a liquor store and both you and friend are of legal age. You have an ID but she doesn't cause she's not paying. And then the cashier tells you that BOTH of you need to have ID for you to buy you stuff. A "store policy" that I have never heard of is completely rediculous. I really could have just gone in by myself but since I brought a friend I can't buy liquor. PLENTY of other, better stores in the area that don't adopt this crazy policy, you better go there. Maybe rethink that policy, Super Liquors, u got 2.5 stars on yelp as I write this I bet it gets lower soon. Your losing business for a stupid ass extra policy. Make the smart business decision and remove it read more

literally wouldn't let my 24 year old sister buy alc bc I went in there with her to help her carry it out They said "your most likely buying it for her" um were not that stupid if she was buying it for me I wouldn't go in the store with her jerkoffs read more

I came here with my friend to cop a bottle. When I went to check out the cashier told us we couldn't buy it cause he thought we were with another group of kids who were the same race as us. We came in to cop a bottle because it was near our Airbnb house. We didn't think we would get treated like this. The workers at the store kept insisting that we were buying bottles for some other group we don't even know. We were so confused and angry because he came to an conclusion base on my race.racism sucks and it's everywhere. But I guess this is America. read more

This place sucks went in with my sister who is 24 to get beer for my older brother for his birthday coming up. I went in to help her carry the beer. Whoever that girl w purple hair is should watch herself. read more

Would rate less then 1 if I could. Staff was rude and unknowingable on their own products. Prices are not competitive. But else where

You decide; "Incompetent or dishonest." I called Boulevard Super Liquors for a price on a case of my wife's favorite wine. I spoke with Andrew. His quote was reasonable so I reviewed with him the vintage and cost including NJ Sales tax. When I drove the 30 minutes to the store, the price was now much higher. Andrew denied our conversation and said I had asked for a different wine. I walked without buying anything. What do you think, "Incompetent or dishonest." ? Lou Pellegrini Strathmere, NJ read more

I felt sexually harrased at this liquor store. The cashier was very innapropriate towards me. He said " I'm always looking for something sweet and then I laid my eyes on your melons"I will never go again. read more

My fiancé and I have been coming here for months. The prices are high for what you get but the convenience to Ocean City is usually worth it. We were never carded once over the past 3 months. Tonight we came in to get a nice bottle of wine after a terrible week of work. The clerk asked for my ID (which is fine as I was paying for the wine and had brought my ID in case anyone did ask for it) but refused to serve me because fiancé didn't also have his ID. As I mentioned we had been coming here for months without issue and had never shown our IDs before so obviously we very surprised when she asked for both (my fiancé is over 30). We have also had this clerk multiple times (so way to know your customers). In addition, the clerk was very rude about the entire situation and refused to let my fiancé run back to the house to get his ID because the store was closing. Anyway Circle K is 8 minutes down the street and I had much more pleasant experience there. read more

Of course, it's the one place I always stop into on my way onto the island (even though I pass many more places with more reasonable prices). Great beer selection (much better than Circle Liquors, I think) and even better wine selection. Also, the people who work here are very nice. read more

Best selection near Ocean City, by far. TONS of micro and craft beers.

Meh, just ok. Wines are most definitely not discounted. Kim Crawford Sauvignon blanc sells for $16/bottle in the middle of Washington, D.C., and it's $20 here. Husband liked the premium wine cellar area, though. Not feeling the layout either. Just ok. Will go back to our favorite on the circle by the other bridge... read more

Admittedly a good selection. But prices off the charts. $3 to $5 more per bottle of wine than Circle cheaper to pay the toll. read more

Pricey but very convenient for us drinkers who vacation in a dry town! They have everything you need: wine, beer, and harder stuff. They have a really good selection of beer and ciders. The only thing that stinks is getting back out of the parking lot! People fly down the street and tend not to let you in. My suggestion is to not go at peak traffic hours like Saturdays in season. Then you get the renters coming in and it can be crowded and lots of traffic getting back into ocnj. read more

Would not allow me to purchase alcohol with a duplicate license. Told me I needed an old license or a passport. Didn't care that I had my debit cards, and other forms of ID. Last time I checked people don't walk around with expired licenses or passports to support their valid legal duplicate license. The manager was rude and took the products off of the check out counter as if I was going to run out of the store with them. Not to mention the employee at check out nearly bent my license in half trying to prove that it was fake. read more

Great selections compared to Pennsylvania stores, a little more pricey though. Must stop on your way into dry ocean city

Ocean City is a dry island but you can find relief over both bridges that give access to and from the island (9th street and 34th street). Boulevard Super Liquors is located over the 34th street bridge and is an absolute essential stop if you didn't pack any booze. Appropriately named this place is indeed SUPER, they have a huge variety of beer, wines, and spirits that will quench your thirst for the each variation of the devils water. The prices are decent, a little inflated but well worth it! A toast to Boulevard Super Liquors...drink and be merry! Cheers Ocean City! read more

Terrible beer selection. Most of the beer is in six packs, unless you want generic crap beer. The selection of craft beer in packs is smaller than what you can find in many grocery stores in PA. read more
