The words "truffle sliders" on the side of the truck caught my eye. I'm obsessed with truffle things lately. So I walked up and was greeted in Danish until we told him we speak English. He told us all about their ingredients and food options. I wasn't super hungry, but knew I needed to try something! So we ordered too platters of the nuggets+fritters. The chicken nuggets are battered with pesto and fried to crispy perfection. On the side is a truffle aioli (mayo) for dipping. Oh. My. Gosh. Incredible. The fries were thick and crispy and also went great with the truffle aioli. My family and I finished off the platters pretty quickly. So delicious. If you ever find yourself in Copenhagen, you need to hunt down this truck! Nom nom nom.

I like that - because it really shows that less is more. They both taste amazing, and if you need some more heat, there are sauces on the side, that you can add. The van moves every day, so it's not sure that it's on Stefansgade. One taco is a small snack, and three (for 70 dkk) is a small meal on the run. I don't think that three can count as a dinner, you need something more.

They serve good tacos and the man cooking and serving it - he does know his stuff (I've watched him being "interviewed" by some Mexican customers at Torvehallen). I love all the tacos they serve but my favourite must be the spicy sausage one (more like falafel than sausages to me, but hey - I'll eat anything as long as it tastes good)- The vegetarian option is very good too, as a matter of fact, I love them and want them all. Wish I could have a taco subscription or klippekort! That could've been convenient :P

So I bought the mussels and the sweet lady gave me a little cook book with it! I decided to follow a recipe from the book /why not/, so I went to the supermarket next door to get all the ingredients. it was amazing! my family loved it. Of course we implemented a nice service with special china and candles :) All of the mussels opened up, which is a sign of good health and freshness. The be only suggestion I have for this place is that they should display the origin of the fish sold. I was a little bit skeptical about some of the fish and knowing more information would have been very helpful (and I may have bought even more!). So if you are looking for some idea for dinner, this truck may help you to decide. Fish is always an good idea here in Denmark. I will be definitely back! Have a nice Yelpy day!!!

It was almost completely covered by fresh coriander (which I love, but this was a LOT) and some fried bits. While the lobster itself was good, the pieces were small and dressed heavily so the whole thing was difficult to eat in such a soft bun. They were all good, but I really enjoyed the red devil. Their pickled toppings were really good!! I would definitely recommend eating here. They're not that big though so I'd think of it more as a snack--go back inside Torvehallerne and get something extra from the other excellent good stalls if it's going to be your meal!

It's not a food truck, basically is a kiosk, small, does not have any tables but it's conveniently located within this plaza where other restaurants are located and there are tables with seats to sit there and eat. Price are like anything that's considered street food, not too bad, they do take credit cards and for all you Danish challenged people, the guy attending the places does speak English.

I've seen this cart around several times this summer and finally got to try it at Kødbyen today. I went with the beef, chimichurri, and olive empanada, as did my friend, and his wife got the spinach, mushroom, and feta. They are 35 dkk each or 89 dkk for three. There is a short wait since they are fired in the oven to order. And in case you didn't realize, that means it is piping hot when you get it so don't burn your mouth. Inside the beef empanada was also aubergine, onion, and bell pepper. A welcome surprise when I thought it would be only beef and maybe onion. The pastry was flaky and the meat was tender. A great snack to tide you over, although three would definitely make a meal.
