When I went back to him, he basically told me that there was really nothing he could do and that as long as I didn't have pain, it should be fine. You should've refunded the entire cost of my surgery and offered to redo his work. If you care about your feet, I would suggest you stay far away from this doctor.

Sent on the 1st doctors xrays to his office, and Nina said "he can't tell anything from the xrays", why don't you make another appointment and we'll schedule an MRI?" My reply "What? Wait another 6 weeks or more to see an incompetent doctor for more expensive testing, from which he may or may not be able to discern something?" Confidence in Shonka was totally absent by this time- months after the original appointment. Worst treatment from a doctor and his office that I've EVER received! Her office charge (which is expensive) is for 15 minutes. She took a set of 3 X-rays before she even saw me.
