This bakery is incredible. My partner and I made a special trip here, so he could get a taste of the goods I've been talking about for years. They have an excellent selection from bread to pastries and cakes to macaroons. By far the best macaroons I've ever had, though a little pricey, they are well worth it. My favourite out of the macaroons is the fig variety. There is a lot more to choose from compared to your average local bakery, they have many display windows with typical pastries, and even more displays with unique deserts and savoury pastries. They also have a small indoor seating area, cozy and lovely. If you're visiting Paris and the metro is accessible to you it is well worth a visit. The tramway line 3a is directly across the street, and on the weekends there is a local flea market, Puces de Vanves to be enjoyed less than a block away.
They seem to go through waves of customers, so there is an ebb and flow to how many people will be there at any given moment, but the wait is never too long as the bakery is well staffed. Polite, efficient service and great care to detail in packaging. read more
