DONT USE THEM!! $$$$ THEY,RE FOUR TIMES MORE EXPENSIVE THAN EVERYONE IN TOWN!!!!…read moreDon't use this services, they are as professional as other professional photographers. No fee but minimum purchase AT FRONT of $350, that WON'T cover almost nothing example of prices are $40 4x6 when 2 other photographers from the same area are ($10 4x6), (16x20 $325) when others are ($95 16x20), and if you think the $350 will at least get you the digital images the price for 15 digital images is $749 and the additional images are $40 each!!!!! Others photographers prices for a CD are only $I75.. I really think people need to learn from reviews, this two sweet looking seniors, don't care about you!! only you wallet and by the time they upload the pictures takes 4 to 5 days and of curse you're provably back home and to far to legally persecute them or even complain because they don't answer back if you question them or their prices. So you'll end up stock with bunch of pictures you love but you can't access because the watermarks on them, or pay over a thousand dollars for the same services you'll get fro the same $350 or less with other professional photographer!!! We love everything else in Dustin FL, The resort, the Dinner Boat, The fishing adventure, SNUBA diving we got a full 20min video under the water with a professional underwater photographer and the video was only $85. In Dustin other services are honest and decent with their prices I guess they understand when you get back home after a vacation everyone would like to enjoy their pictures without having to pay the remaining $399 in order to get their pictures... WOW we were in shock!!!... check on their price list before you call them!!!! ---As an Update--- The Business contacted me back, we meet in the middle to a more reasonable deal, I appreciate the more fair price, specially because I really was sad to explain my family we couldn't effort the rest of our memories. Thank you Beach Portraits by Design to reconsider. Perhaps making your prices in general more competitive could be good for Dustin vacationist and for you too.

I recently booked a family photography session with this photographer and, unfortunately, my…read moreexperience did not meet expectations. During the session, there was very little guidance or direction provided for posing. We chose this photographer specifically because of her advertised expertise in sunset beach photography, so we were expecting more structure and creative input to help capture our family in the best possible way. When we received the final gallery, we were disappointed with the overall quality of several images. The sunset--one of the main reasons we booked--was barely visible or lacked the vibrant colors we anticipated. In fact, some photos we took ourselves on our phones captured the sky more vividly. Additionally, several images appeared soft or lacked sharpness, particularly around the eyes, which made them feel unusable. It was very clear the photos were edited using AI tools. To her credit, the photographer acknowledged that some of the issues were due to moisture affecting her lens during the session. She offered either a complimentary reshoot or a 30% refund. While I appreciate the effort to address the situation, neither option fully resolves the disappointment--especially since we are not local and cannot easily return for a reshoot. None of the prints are worth printing. It was very disappointing as this was our first family photography session with my new granddaughter. Overall, while the photographer was professional in communication, the final product did not reflect the level of quality we expected based on her portfolio and pricing. I would recommend that future clients clarify expectations around posing, editing style, and contingency plans for technical issues before booking.

We were able to rebook in September, we wanted sunset photos one Sunday afternoon. unfortunately for us, Hurricane Sally was on her way into the Gulf, and stalled out so we didn't really know when it was going to hit. She responded immediately and took the best photos! She's so friendly and reasonable! I would definitely use her again!

While researching Panama City photographers we were drawn to Sandprints by their reasonable price compared to other's along with great work in their portfolio. Upon contact, Nicole was extremely quick to respond and easy to reach throughout the entire process. She accommodated our short notice and even provided a military discount. On picture day, Nicole guided us to a calm and quiet part of the beach. She was extremely congenial and friendly. She portrayed patience while directing our 3 young daughters throughout the session. There was a quick turn around and we got the photos about ten days later. I would refer any friends and family to this photographer.
