In fact I did this for a few months, and was pleased to finally find a bar this good on my doorstep. Laid back atmosphere, from the seating to the lighting to the clientelle, it's always quite full, but still chilled. It's table service, of course, and can sometimes be a little bit difficult to get served if you're English and want more than 1 drink every 2 hours. Or you can get into the French way of thinking...! Anyway - don't miss it if you're in Toulouse.

Some college students but most prefer to go elsewhere and hang by the waterfront instead. This spot offers drinks and light bites. I enjoyed having a blonde beer while the sun cast its fading lights over the shore.
