So I joined the huge crowd gathered in front of the store to buy cuts of German sausages (including…read moreplenty of types of blood sausages). She cuts them and weighs them, with selections like foie gras and many, many others (you can tell which words I can understand, and everything else I just pointed and figured if there's only a bit left, it's gotta be good right?) and reading up online how to cook them, I guess you boil them for like 20 min. Except... I never actually got to try the sausages, having missed my alarm and not wanting to miss my flight back to NY, and not able to bring back meat to the states... so sadly I had to leave them behind. But they looked good! (small chunks of like 4-5 sausages, about 6 euros)
