The bad: Once you get over the cool glasses you realize that you just paid 13 dollars for an absolutely packed glass of ice. GF Couldn't even get a sip out using a straw on the first pull. By the second pull, beverage was gone. Way overpriced for what you get which in essence is a tall glass of ice with a splash of booze. Sad.

I mean, the legit standards done very well, home versions of standards, some great concoctions of their own, the BEST design for your own atmosphere wants too. Booth? They have that. Cool bar? Yep. Hightop to people watch from? Got it. Corner stage area? Sure. Separate intimate room with cool tiki decor? That too. So, you can have cool tiki place (seen a few of them), you can have an on point cocktail game (tasted a few of them), and you might have good service (experienced that too). But all three in one place? Rare. All three as perfect as you can get? Super rare. I would have said only in CA, but, Sioux Falls has it in The Hello Hi. 100%, the best around.

We were a little leery and skeptical but ended up believing absolutely satisfied and happy. We will definitely be back. The fish and chips was yummy, even the tartar sauce was great. The service was great from the bar. My husband had the wings and they were great, our adult children had their famous sloppy Joe and loved it, and without the menu right in front of me I think it was called like the Italian pork sandwich which had so many layers it was amazing. You can witness them coming out to put the fresh beer on tap into a frying pan where they are cooking the delicious pork and scrumptious herbs in a sauté. Excellent!!! The fries were fresh and hot and delicious being fried in an expensive and healthier oil. Our adult daughter is extremely picky and she just saved every bite and enjoyed it just like the rest of us that are extremely picky. This isn't just everyday food it's cooked from scratch, hand dipped fish, Quality ingredients and put together with thoughtfulness and deliciousness. We definitely will be back! Fried pickles spears with the rock n roll sauce were great. I wouldn't have ordered these except my server recommended them out of all the apps, so I went with that. Fried things at places like this usually lack flavor and are just salty, fried bar food. These had some kick. The rock n roll sauce was like a Mayo with Frito's Chili Cheese Twists, so they were yummy. Tilapia on wild rice was ok, but it's tilapia, so how amazing can it be, right? Broccoli wasn't too over cooked and it still had a healthy green color, so I was happy with that. And the fries were a tad greasy, but they came out hot and crunchy. I think if they let the oil drain off them a bit more under a heat lamp, they'd hold their crispness a bit longer. Oh, and it was an entire plate of fries, so portions were generous. Lastly, everything was served very quickly. The place wasn't super-busy, but it wasn't dead and I was happy about the timeliness. I ordered an app first then placed an order for my entree after munching on that. And I was out done in 45 minutes. Granted, I was eating alone, but still. If you enjoy meat, I highly recommend giving this place a shot. I am a pescatarian (mostly vegetarian) and I have a sneaking suspicion that their beef and chicken options have much more developed flavors.
