I walked in, and was immediately friendly and asked where I could find what I needed. When I went to the register I realized I had forgotten my ID in my bigger wallet. I asked them to hold it on the side for me and told them I would be right back, given that I live right around the corner. 10 minutes later I walked in with my ID and the man behind the counter says, "back with your sisters ID?" in a condescending tone and grinned at his coworkers. I responded sternly and put my legal, legitimate, 21+ enhanced license on the counter. It's a shame that this man decided to make this insensitive and belittling comment. Unfortunately, I will not be back, and I do not recommend their service to any of my other fellow young adults.

All COVID-19 protocols were in place. There were several things that stood out. One of the best selections of any wine store I've been too. Large inventory, fair prices, the employees are well versed on not just price and selection. They know the history of many of the brands, the relationship of the producer with the distributor, first hand knowledge of the product and they don't try to oversell you. I'm not sure if I was speaking to to owner or not although he said 80% of the wine they sell is under $20. I was willing to spend more than $12 although he assured me this was a great wine regardless of price. I find that there were some great red wines produced in California in 2016 and look for those. I purchased 3 reds from $12 to $24. I will update my review once I have tried them. I originally came in for a Simi Merlot which they did not have in stock at the time. They do carry some of the top names in wines and I'm spirits. Whether you are a novice or a connoisseur they sound like they can tailor the conversation to that individual and truly want to help you make the best choice for your palette and your price point. I would highly recommend them and will see if I move them to 5 stars after trying their recommendations.

I placed an order online and received a confirmation email, but never a "ready for pick up email". So I called and spoke with an employee who confirmed that they had the bottle and it was set aside for me. The next day when I came in to pick it up, the person behind the counter couldn't find it. So he asked the owner who very loudly shouted from below the stairs that they don't have it and that the order was cancelled. In addition to being told it was available, I never received a cancellation email. I told that owner that I spoke with a person yesterday and he said "The guy doesn't know anything." Well that's an indictment on you as an owner and your inability to communicate with your staff. I wasn't given an apology or anything. I drove an hour to get there and just stormed out angry and will never go back. Neither should you.
