I've HAD IT with this Doctor's office. Any time I go it takes HOURS to be seen. TWICE they even forgot to check me in even though I signed in and put in my chart that I was a no show! While I was sitting in there! I'm almost out of my meds and instead of calling me to tell me I need to be seen to get refills they just didn't refill them. Then when I called to make an appointment for med refills they said my dr is out of town for the next month and a half and I can only see my doctor, no other doctor in the office. I asked if they can call some meds in for the meantime and they said "no, you won't have withdrawals from these, you'll just have to wait". Uh, one I actually WILL have withdrawals from and the other two help me sleep and NOT have anxiety attacks! Dr Skoures is a great doctor. A bit long winded but very patient and attentive with her patients. She would be very wise to open her own practice or go elsewhere. I've tried for years to suffer through the TERRIBLE office staff because I like my doctor but this was the last straw. It's NOT WORTH IT! Run far away! read more

I first went to this office around 4 or 5 years ago; I saw Dr. Rayos twice for different ailments, and it went normally. I was able to get appointments reasonably quickly and get taken care of. I didn't have anything really happen since, but earlier this year a condition popped up that was really out of the ordinary. I called and tried to make an appointment with Dr. Rayos, but was told that since I was absent so long I would need to visit as a new patient and that she was not currently seeing new patients, so I made an appointment to see a new doctor at the office, Dr. Garcia. He's great, very calming manner, but the office has been nothing but a nightmare ever since. Dr. Garcia ordered a test for me in July, and I had it done the next week. It then was six weeks of calling the office on a regular basis before I finally got to speak to Dr. Garcia about the test results (and again, this is on a call I placed to the office - they never called me.) He was apologetic and explained that I was supposed to have another test ordered which I did find out was true. However, his office never communicated this to me. I did get the second test scheduled, but when I showed up, the office had never sent over the paperwork to have the test done. The imaging department was not able to get this paperwork from the office, resulting in me having to reschedule my appointment and go back to the office to get the test order on paper (because I didn't trust them to not screw it up.) I finally had the second test done a little over two weeks ago, and still have zero communication from the office on what Dr. Garcia sees in the results. I am currently looking for a new doctor's office in the meantime. read more

Yesterday my daughter ended up at Botsford hospital she had a ear infection. So today I called to get an appointment to see Dr. Melvin Linden for her fallow up visit. Well it was no shocker that the next available appointment was July 30, 26 day latter. This has been a total of 5 times that I have not been able to get an appointment. I think it's time to get a new Dr. Also my husband went to this office last month and waited 3 hours in the waiting room and 45 min in the back room. read more

I have been going to the same dr. at this practice for 14yrs. My dr. and her staff CARE and they LISTEN to you, the patient. They don't rush you in and out. When the doctor Is with you, you have her full attention, I travel nearly 50 mile to see my doctor. I may have moved out of the area but the service is truly worth the drive for me. read more

Been waiting over an hour. There's no sense of urgency or anything. First they lied about having appointments for the day until I hung up in their face . While calling another office they called back with two appointments that magically appeared so I figured why not " they know my munchkins history ". I figured wrong . I must find another primary care. read more

I like the staff and the doctors. However.... The average wait time is abysmal and is making me look for another doctor. I had an allergy shot appointment at 1:00. At 1:15, 1:30, and 1:45 I went up to ask about the shot (which takes about 3 minutes, done by a nurse). Each time I was told it would be "just a few minutes". At 1:50 I was finally taken. Keep in mind, this is with an appointment, and also watching people come in after me and being taken before me, when all I need was a 3-minute shot. There is no excuse for this. Worst of all it's not the only time either. I seem to wait an average of 20 minutes every single time, no matter the time of day or day of the week. I'd recommend another office. read more

I called two weeks ago to get a script filled, the dr called me to tell me it would be filled one more time. Then I received a call from the desk saying they did not have my pharmacy info even though I have had scripts sent to the same pharmacy for years from them. She told me to call and leave the info on the answering machine which they don't even have...then she called me back a few days later to tell me she still didn't have the pharmacy info. When I was finally able to speak to a human, they told me they did have the Pharmacy info and not sure why the other girl did not see that and she would take care of it. Another week went by with no script at the pharmacy so I call and they tell me oh you have to come here and pick up the order for the refill we can't call it in! What the heck is going on? God forbid this was not a medicine I needed daily to save my life bc nobody there seems to care or is competent enough to do something as simple as get a script filled for a patient. VERY BAD!! 1ST let me say Dr Mary Ann Skoures.is a great doctor and wonderful with kids and we have nothing against her. But the office sucks! You never can get in for an appointment. ALWAYS BOOKED They say you have to wait a month for the new patient exam because they only do them on certain days. but after that you will be able to get in the same day. That does not exist 3 me in the past 2 months every time I had called they don't have an opening for the same day. This morning we tried to eve get my poor sick 6 yr son in by even go to the office at 7 am in the morning. geese you could tell he was sick but they still would not see him. We will be switching our whole family to a different dr even thou we Love Dr Mary Ann Skoures wish she had her own place away from this hitler run medical office where you are only a number and money for them. How can you run a facility like that. They don't care about the patient's at all. read more
